A fun game overall, it was completely as advertised. The art, gameplay, and music are all great. My only complaint is that I was hoping for more depth to the characters. I wanted them to be more interesting but they just exist to serve as game mechanics or lore dumps with very little to distinguish them from each other. I'd love more/different dialogue the more you raise your affinity with them or even depending on the character you play. Or the possibility to unlock their backstories by raising affinity-- just something to give them a little bit of character and make me care about them beyond what they look like. Looking forward to a future release that addresses all this and delivers more content.

Nunholy is a fun roguelike. It’s short, doesn’t overstay its welcome, and feels rewarding. Playing as a vampire makes things easier, while the human/hunter path is way tougher, especially if RNG isn’t kind. There are 3 different characters with unique playstyles, which keeps things fresh and adds good replay value.

Love it. I hope you and your team will continue working on it or on 2nd part. Very satisfying to play Very appealing graphics and ambience I highly disagree with the comments telling you it is "boring". It might be not the most competitive and skill demanding game out there but some of us want it exactly that way after a long day of work. Thank you for the game dear developers.

An interesting game for a while, but that's it. Music is nice, but the rest is not so much. Characters are forgettable and don't look remarkable. My biggest gripe with the game is that you are locked to one character (out of 3) and the only way to try out another character is to create a clean new game, with no shared progress whatsoever. Not that much different in what you can do in combat - you have a choice of 3 main attack elements (regular, holy, fire), 3 sub weapon attacks (many holy bullets with some spread, single regular shot, or twin fire shot) and 3 skills (regular spin attack, fire cleave and holy jump attack). There are some ways to diversify combat with blood upgrades - blood damage from previously mentioned sources of dealing damage, like additional blood damage instance after skill use, etc. There are some ultimate abilities too, they all do different stuff, but I think there are only 5 of them. There are also items that also serve different purposes - from giving you general damage buffs, to specific effects, like musket that shots at enemies once you hit them with your sub weapon. But despite all that, game feels very repetitive. Across the levels scattered some NPCs that you can befriend, but that only increases the utility of that NPC for further encounters, no dialogue change or anything at all. There are also 3 NPCs in the hub zone. And I don't like the hub zone at all, it's empty, the only way to talk to NPCs is to visit doors, and still, no dialogues at all. The quest giver does comment on your achievements from time to time -1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th boss kills, second 4th boss kill and it stops after you kill the fourth boss for the third time or even the final boss. Speaking of, game is pretty easy. And apparently there is something else besides the regular "classic" difficulty, but even beating the game on human ending didn't unlock anything for me. Speaking of, there are 2 endings for each character. To be honest, I didn't bother replaying as I believe they are pretty similar to each other and the game wasn't any fun at all after some time.
