Without any doubt, "Power Rangers" is one of the most exciting Side-Scrolling-Beat-em-Ups with a retro-vibe there is! I highly like: + the graphics that look like a modern piece of pixel art, with every detail clearly visible, even with a scren full of action + speaking of which, the game offers a lot of action, from side-scrolling brawling to shooting sequences to driving scenes to ... giant robot combat! + a full length campaign that cannot be beaten in the first run (or shouldn't), especially if you start in hard mode to get the full arcade feeling I feel that some parts of the combat system are a bit unfinished or hard to use - like the throwing of enemies. This feature is a key action in "Streets of Rage 4" and other brawlers, but trying to throw an enemy into others is difficult in "Power Rangers". But if it works, like in the "horror" scenario (where I like to throw them into the open graves), it is a lot of fun. And this is for all parts of the game: it's fun, it's great 90s action series feeling, and that goes for singleplayer, too. If you like good brawlers or even "Power Rangers" series itself, although the game is not the cheapest, it's worth the experience!

I don't recommend this game for some strange reason. I uninstall this game. After I reinstall the game with reloading the game I no longer see my save file. When reload the game and continue the save it skips level select and advances you to the next current level with no way to go back to stage select.

Its become a good beat em up after the patches, but still lacks that polish from Shredders Revenge. The Megazord sections are TERRIBLE. The Green Ranger section being reduced to one level was also a disgrace. It's not a terrible game but I would wait to pick this up on a deep deep discount.

I can understand why this game had it's short cons but I am a bias MMPR fan since it's time that ran in the 90s. If you have many people that are like me that play this you'll def give it the benefit of the doubt and just revel in the nostalgia that it offers. Best played with friends to complete the whole gang! Maybe one day there will be an ultimate beat em up game that's as good as streets or rage or shredder's revenge, and will be themed to an all encompassing Sentai game! Like both Super Sentai and MMPR etc.

Honestly, very barebones. Combat is stiff and the enemies have too little variety. The zord levels are visually polluted which makes them normally unfair. All rangers play the same which makes the game have no replayability value. All of that would be justifiable if the game didn't normally cost more than shredder's revenge ultimate edition. I'd give it a bit more slack if the developers had any intention on making the game more feature rich/improved but that doesn't seem to be the case. I bought it with a 25% discount and still feel like it's overpriced for what it offers
