Extremely short and boring. Its a generic tiny town that you can walk around in with very slow and generic movement. Its nice that the few bland objects it asks you to find are highlighted (Although this does make finding them practically free), and the town looks nice I guess. Do not buy, at most this should be a quaint free to play experience that takes about 5 minutes to look at.

Alright. Woodland Town is done and dusted. Even within the catalog of Hike series asset pack walking simulators, this is a shorty. It took about ten minutes to complete this entry.

So, some quick notes:
This one has one of the larger download sizes amongst the Hike series games at over 2 gb.
It also features a more sensible design, with the town and limited surroundings making sense as far as its layout goes. You could expect to see a town like this at a Renaissance Fair IRL.
It's a very pretty game.
It is Steam Deck compatible, and as with other titles, you'll want to assign shift (fast walk) to the part of your controller that feels most comfortable, and will need to use your keyboard once.
In this one, you find a variety of items and then bounce.
Fast walk is very slow in this one.

For the 55 cents it costs during the Steam Winter Sale (at the time of this writing), it's right at the cusp of cost vs value. On the side of not worth the price. But, 55 cents is also not a lot of money, so I say go for it. It's ultimately a quick and pleasant casual experience.

Well its just "ok" I guess.
Nice atmosphere but nothing significant to do. I collected all items and finished the game in 16 minutes.
Interesting demonstration of UNITY game assets.
I will give it a thumbs up just because its cute and relaxing but its really not worth buying.
