With a few exceptions, it's a pretty asccurate nursing home life sim game from my experiences being stuck in one due to health issues. Biggest complaints is the allowing the elderly to shower on their own, the amount of people actually GETTING a shower (no joke, went two weeks once without one in a facility), and the food was recognizable/not barking at me,
