I do recommend this, though you must be tolerant of grinding and starting out extremely weak. This definitely a slow burn game. I wish it had more mod settings.

Seems like a good game however after playing for 5-10 minutes my cpu starts running at 81c don't like running that high dont wait to see if it goes higher curious if anyone else has that problem I'm running i9 10900k will be adding a second fan to see if it helps but would like to see the developer optimize the game if can run star citizen at 60-65c average peaks of 71 so I know it's not my system

12/30/2024: I get it, its early access. I don't mind the grind and resources gathering. But the one life thing is bad for a crafting game. If you save, and later die, everything you have even when you roll back to the save point disappears. Additionally, too many animals are on super aggro, and rarely stop following you. I had a wolf chase me into town, and a deer roaming around my grave stone, till it di-spawned and everything went poof. Also, there are very little controls to work with, like when you die you don't drop everything. Or accessibility, the white font on parchment is rather difficult to see at times. The "crosshair" is nothing more then an orange dot. Again this is EA, I looked forward to the release of the game, but at the moment I can't and won't recommend it. I play lots of these games, and will not be asking a refund, because its got amazing potential, but as it is in EA, it needs lots of improvements.
