Played a bit and already saw a lot of potential on this one. Even on its bare state I managed to have fun, which is the minimum I ask for a early access game. Just missed some sort of upgrade saving, or some kind of in-game currency you can spend outside of the game loop, to boost yourself after dying. I don't mind the current difficulty, but if I'm going to die a lot then death should have some sort of comeback mechanic - Vampire Survivors does that with the PowerUp selection at the main menu. Also I'm not sure if the stop-to-shoot mechanic is an oversight (I'm way more used to run and gun) or the intended design (commit to where you want to shoot, when, etc). Regardless, I can see the game improving a lot either way this gets handled. The developer is extremely open to feedback, which means all early access issues might be addressed sooner than expected. I'm looking forward to new betas and the proper release.

The controller support was terrible and the game has no option to change from full screen. The aim was way too glitchy and sometime you're character just freeze. Sadly had to refund and not recommend.

I found this game to be WAY too difficult. Enemies chase you fast and keep coming in hordes right away on the very first level. They quickly overwhelm you and constantly explode right next to you in groups causing your health to immediately deplete, which ends the level in failure over and over again. This game was more frustrating than fun to me, so I therefore cannot recommend it. There are also no options, no controller support, and it looks and feels like a mobile game. I would pass on this one.

After they fixed the shoot and run issues, the game is just awesome. Sure it's only early access content, but it is already very entertaining, with the infamous "can't stop playing" trigger. Definitely worthy at this price, specially if you take all its potencial into account. I can't wait to play it with unlocks, power ups, more levels and more characters.
