Some of this is a little clunky but I love the cats

I love cats and HOGs, so I liked this game very much.

It's not bad but not the best either. I had a game breaking bug because some pics closed too fast and I couldn't get an important item. The puzzles were good and the story too :3

Gimmie more cat HOG's! They even have Sphynx cats! Only thing making this better would be steam achievements!

Story felt disjointed at times and the ending in both the main and bonus end abruptly, and I found they weren't very cohesive. It's more of a 'find random objects to put into places', easy to miss items at that; rather than a 'search scenes for items on a list'. Found it more frustrating than relaxing to play. It was ok to pass the time, kind of wished I hadn't bought the collectors edition. I'd say buy it when it's on sale.

Not recommended because you can get stuck and have to start over when you are almost at the end. [spoiler]I'ts possible to miss the torn sheet music in the Mayor's Office in Catstown. Once you get to where you need it, it's impossible to go back and get it.[/spoiler] Otherwise it's a cute game, with cats. I like cats. And I was enjoying it until I hit that place where I needed the item I didn't pick up because I didn't see it. [spoiler]It was a piece of paper in a location with a note that you can read but don't add to your inventory. Places like that are accessible even when there is nothing else to do there but read the note, so I had no idea there was something else there to pick up that I would need later in the game.[/spoiler] This should not be possible, but whatever. It only has in-game achievements, and some of those don't work, or at least I was unable to trigger them in spite of doing exactly what the game said I needed to do to get them. I gave up and uninstalled after finishing both the main story and the bonus chapter.

It's HOG time ! With CATS ! Which means that I enjoyed it more than usual. With HOG games it's always the same formula there is a story, some mini puzzles and some Hidden Object scenes. Not a single scene was used twice and each of them had their unique mechanic such as finding items going together, using the shadow of the items, having a circle showing the texture of the item or having item which you need to place back to where they are supposed to be. This is a big change from the "find the item" list which appeared only twice I think ? The story was quite short but not in a bad way (which means that there were no unnecessary steps just for the sake of lengthen the story), I liked the bonus story which was both pretty cute and well thought. I hope we'll get new episodes from this series and that we won't get the horrible fake fur paws from the character, it was the only thing I disliked (give them gloves or something). The only comparison I can make is the quality of the fur gaves me Splinter from "Ninja Turtles 12 days of Christmas song" memories. It's not a compliment. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-1nTwiHxic

I am the knight of Catstown !!!! nice HOPA , simple and somehow already known story but with lovely cats , gameplay is on the easy side and it's short (around 3 hours) but I do adore games like this one from time to time so it was as I expected to be would suggest to wait when it's under 10 cash on sales time
