The game doesn't even launch unless you rename the executable and the data folder, the translation was clearly automated (within the first minute there's an instance of "macchina" meant as "machine" but translated to "car"), and there's a smattering of serious bugs such as softlocks when the porcupine(?) character sometimes gets stuck at the beginning and end of the pipes he's supposed to roll through.
But even ignoring all of that, what little of the game I managed to see was uninteresting at best.
