Es curioso como a pesar de no tener nada que ver con la jugabilidad del primer juego, es entretenido.

I can't recommend this one for anybody who likes Super Meat Boy OR Puyo Puyo.
It's baffling to me how the makers of this game could so badly miss the point of what makes either of these games so beloved and fun to play.
It feels like there's a lot here that has been piled precariously together without much thought or care; yet somehow still managing to perch it all right at the edge of what *could* have been a winning combination........only for the whole arrangement to get savagely mangled to a useless pulp by some errantly-placed chainsaw blade.
You want so badly to love it anyway, simply for the potential that it once represented, but all of that weighs nothing compared to chunks of unfulfilled, wasted effort that it keeps leaving you with.
Yes, the whole point of a Meat Boy game is "die; try again....die; try again" in gory, hilarious fashion. Clearly what is being translated into a matching combo puzzle game (and little else).......but the effort being put into each try is the key to the enjoyment of the original. It doesn't really work the same way here when the effort you put in to play the game correctly (matching pieces, building combos, etc.) are completely sundered by level obstacles *AFTER* you have already put in the effort to avoid them and place the pieces on the board where you no longer have any control of them.
What if, in Super Meat Boy, you deftly dodged every obstacle, got to the end of the level and then had to sit and watch as Meat Boy just stood there at the end and stared at you while a buzz saw suddenly spawns next to him and swings right into his face, forcing you to start over again.
That's what playing this game is literally like. Constantly.
I eventually had to give up and just play a regular Puyo Puyo game.
At least it respects my time.
