This was one of the worst games. No clear objective, just running around. The maps were pretty bland and boring. Theres even free map packs for Quake that are better than this. Really dislike that the weapon disappear after a certain number of shots even if you have ammo.
The codelocks were only used in the first few levels, otherwise it would have been a nice puzzle element. Very linear maps too, no hub style game play where you return to a previous map to gain access to more doors, no global keys etc.
I refunded this game because of its extreme low quality. I did not enjoy this game. The story really started good, but then it was like, the developer got tired and just rushed it to completion. The story falled apart more and more as longer you progressed into the game, and the maps did not tie into the story in any way.
Just the first few maps was a good start on the story and I liked the start really much, but then it just got worser and worser.
The game has potential, but as it is, its barely worthy being even a free mod to quake.

It's more like classic survival horror than Quake, but not bad at all. I also feel System Shock vibes.

Station 37! one of those ''doing much with little''. As an Fps, the game falls into the 'survival horror-ish' sub-genre, where you ll save the single bullet (and gun) in order to reach the end...which is not that far away (it's actually the only problem I have with this game - it is too short!)
And while probably a little overpriced, Station 37 offers actually a enjoyable gameplay, most likely inspired by masterpieces such as System Shock (which is the main inspiration) and a little bit of quake. Graphics are... charming, and they fit the experience. So it's the story - it fits, no less, no more.
So, Yes! a worthy experience if want to try something a little unpolished but with a good idea behind it.

This game nails the retro 3D shooter feels. It reminded me a bit of Half-Life when it comes to the atmosphere. Features solid gunplay, music, and a story told via notes in game. There are a few annoyances such as gettin stuck on items in environment and the side strafe bein' slow as molasses. Overall, good title from Rory Lambert here at a nice price imo.
