This game is really boring and too simple, the mode of the sister in love with her brother too much on prejudice, it's very simple to predict the turn of events so you won't be very surprised although the story behind his little sister is a bit interesting. I don't think this game is worth playing and the R18 patch is really useless, they just fill in scenes that I skip most of the time because it's slow and boring. Anyway, if there's one game you should try for this trilogy, it's the one with his girlfriend, it's much better. This one goes wild ngl. The writing was pretty good. The OST also pretty good.

Imouto lover will definitely love this game. Yukana is very cute and funny.

Its a very short and simple game, with only two choices that matter, the first and the last. The first choice is whether or not you want to start a relationship with your blood-related sister. (Yes, this is hardcore incest, not that step-sibling pseudo-incest that has consumed the market. Don't buy the game if you are not into that.) It's a game over if you say no, because her character is the only available route. And the second and last choice occurs at the very end of the game, asking if: you want to end your romantic relationship and return to pure siblings; continue your relationship both as siblings and lovers; or end your relationship as siblings, and continue only as lovers. Each choice has a different ending. Honestly, this game is not worth buying if you don't intend to use the Adult Patch, because the core of this game is it's sex scenes, and without them you lose the majority of the available content. Without the sex the story is okay, there is a good story beat about her trauma and how her brother helped her overcome it, which is sweet, but is too short of a story to be worth paying for, and it feels like an empty shell without their developing intimacy driving the core plot. This is basically a porn game, so its pointless to play without the sex.
