This is brilliant! Thank you UKZ Arts for your hard work. I really enjoyed the game. I treasure it dearly because of the strong Lovecraft vibe and because it is different than western games because of the cultural background. Well done. I need more. I will play all your other games for sure.

Shorter game, but has a very nice kaiju vibe to it. Some of the puzzles are a little maddening but still, a solid experience for the price

Disgusting, schlock, sleazy. Any adjectives I come up with describing the game's content are pretty divisive. If you love horror films that have a general disregard for human life and an abundance of violence, this is a wonderful game. If you hate them, you'll hate this. The puzzles are often obtuse but easy to figure out with what few inventory items and areas are available at any given point. Some are clever enough, but the star of the show are the immaculate animations of giant beasts and your character dying. People used to inventory-based adventure games will have an easy time navigating this one, but all your mileage is from the amazing animations. For me, it's gorgeous and wonderful in every way. I hope they make a lot more of these!

Generational conflict is front and center in this adventure. I don't know what the authors wanted to say but I sure enjoyed listening to them. It's satirical in a sense because everyone is terrible and exaggerated except for the main character who appears to have entered the eye of the generational storm. He's no longer a terrible child but not yet a terrible adult. Oh and there are giant monsters that chop people in half. I like the QTE system here. You get to have an exciting chase and if you die, first of all you get to watch yourself die, more gore to enjoy; secondly, the game auto saves right before the QTE so you get to retry immediately. Puzzles are mostly alright I'd say, although they do make you click randomly in confusion just as much as to think logically. You get a fair amount of items to combine and use and it actually feels like you're doing something, which I commend. In retrospect everything makes sense. Mostly. First time playthrough: 2 hours 36 minutes 7/10

Kind of mixed feelings on this. On the one hand, story and puzzles are borderline idiotic, even more so than your usual point & click nonsense. The game also tries to touch on larger "society" topics, but it does so in the most unsubtle and teenage-edgelord-y way imaginable. Now the game is about giant lobster monsters attacking people in a park and you would not expect a game with that premise to be this dry and humorless. On the other hand, it's still a well made point & click adventure with enough fun to be had for its short runtime,. so narrative and puzzle design issues aside, if you get it on a sale,. it's a weird little movie-length game with a rather unique setting to spend an evening on,. so it gets a thumbs up despite not being that great. And haters beware, but I actually liked the pretty harsh QTEs. It added a bit of urgendcy and tension, even though it's ultimately not a big deal due to generous checkpoints, but those lobster monsters are quick and lethal.
