Its fun to play between games or if you are waiting for a game to come out.

I bought three games in the past two weeks: Wolcen, Last Epoch, and finally this one. Last Epoch was bland and poorly optimized after five hours of play (even with my 5070ti and Core7 Ultra 265k, the game runs like crap). Wolcen was nothing special either. But DragonKin is awesome: great optimization, satisfying combat, and interesting skills. I hope the game continues to develop; I’m really loving it. Downside: The characters are kind of ugly! Quest so long, souless and boring Poor Drop

Absolutely Amazing Game – Can't Stop Playing! This game is fantastic! The inventory window looks sleek and well-designed, and the character classes are truly unique, each offering a different and engaging playstyle. It's incredibly hard to put the game down once you start. There are also some great little touches – like city upgrading, free companions (not locked behind paywalls!), and, at least at this stage of development, no item shop at all. You can even equip armor on your pet, which is just awesome! The effects of the skills look absolutely stunning – flashy, satisfying, and really add to the thrill of combat. I’m currently playing as a badass knight with a lance and shield – and on top of that, I have a flamethrower. Yes, a flamethrower! It’s absolutely wild and super fun. Sure, the game isn’t fully finished yet – but it’s clearly heading in a very good direction. And honestly, for £20 you won’t find a better game anywhere – at best you’d get a weapon skin in Diablo 4 for that price. The design choices and overall ideas behind the game are spot-on. The developers are doing an outstanding job, and I’m genuinely excited to follow the future development of this universe. Highly recommended!

I initially played the demo and then immediately bought this! The potential is palpable, this is one seriously talented development team...they are weaving and creating an immersive world, full of lore and mystery. Thankfully, the narrator in the prologue is better than she was in the demo...everything in the game has improved immensely. I believe in this game...I came from the disappointment of Diablo 4 and the deletion of my Blizzard account...I have an excellent feeling about this game! I hope I'm not wrong.

Though this game *looks* very nice, and the story/presentation/skill selection is decent, PLAYING the goddamn thing is miserable...unless you like getting stunlocked and instantly killed in one fucking shot. This game BADLY needs rebalancing. It's not even worth $25.

I really wanted to enjoy this game and the fact I didn't consider seeking a refund shows that I hope there will be a more user- friendly development in the future, I have made several attempts at restarting from the beginning but no matter how much I studied the guides - I have never managed to activate the wyrmling which has made the game unplayable at present for me.

This game is good!! But it needs some time to receive updates! I played the demo in February or March, I don't remember exactly, and I bought the game to support the developers. I waiting for the 1.0 to play a lot more!

Decent ARPG. Interesting skill page. Lots to experiment with. Just needs more maps and characters. Solid start.

Really enjoying this game and hoping the developers continue doing a great job with it! Nice relaxing ARPG with interesting mechanics and endgame ideas! Worth the $, in my opinion.

Played upto the first boss Few things annoying me about the game so far.. so much so.. makes me want to play diablo or grim dawn.. 1.Getting stun locked until death by mobs is not fun. 2.Whirlwind, if I'm using it I'm probs balls deep in lots of mobs, let me use it for more than 3 seconds. 3. Generating rage by having to auto attack whilst being swamped by 10 mobs is dumb. 4. The mobs that deal damage upon death deal way too much damage, so much so that if you don't avoid it, or in my case your fighting two of them.. it's instant death...(never fun) 5. Makes chests more visable.. the amount of times I've had to double back to get a chest that I only noticed after opening the TAB map. 6. Why do I have to step within 0.01meters of gold to pick it up.. it's 2025.. come on now don't make us use talents for QoL things.. 7. Some quests literally make you walk 20 meters to start the next part of the quest.. what's the point just start the next quest.. or have them standing next to each other? 8. When in combat, why are breakable objects given priority over mobs? You can be fighting a mob and suddenly you start hitting a barrel? like come on.. baby stuff.. 9. Gear I have a backpack full of the same item.. literally the same item with the same stats name etc.. get more creative gives us something to look forward to. 10. The loot from bosses it's quite confusing.. do I pick one? both times I've been given the option to pick something all the options have been rubbish. 11. Actually thinking about it.. The resource cost of abilities is just to high and it takes away all the fun of smashing into 20 mobs and just wrecking stuff.. I spent more time watching my health and spamming Q to stay alive most of the time I was playing. 12. I've been gaming for 20+ years I've never died as many times as I have at the start of a game than this one.. probs because of a few of the reasons above, getting stunlocked, getting swamped when out of rage or hitting objects instead of mobs. Game has potential.. I'll return when it's more refined for now, I'm just getting frustrated and not actually enjoying it.
