A refreshing and exciting shmup that features bullet-absorbing and stage schematic patterns mapped approximately to its astounding fast-paced in-game soundtrack. Despite the high intensity of the game, it is considerably simple to pick up the mechanics and the expected playstyle, which encourages you to go for score through mastery of the game rather than merely surviving. Only small amounts of memorization are required, most attacks can be anticipated by reading the atmosphere of the game, thanks to the music. Just for reference, I am writing this from the perspective of having completely beaten the final boss on Normal Difficulty at Speed 3. Only downsides are some technical issues, namely that tabbing out from the game in full-screen seems to crash it, while multiple runs in one session and long playtime also seem to crash it, but the game's gotten me engaged enough that I'd say these issues are negligible enough.
