The guy in the closet can teleport. He molested me even though i checked and he wasn't in there. Definitely some witchcraft going on here.

This is probably the weakest episode of fears to fathom as it a boring at time just driving the car. But that does not mean it is bad.

Fears to Fathom – Norwood Hitchhike is yet another chilling installment in the series, inviting us to traverse the desolate, shadow-draped roads of Norwood—only to find ourselves in a most questionable motel, where the coffee is as suspicious as the lingering stares of its patrons. Car troubles abound, as do the ever-looming signs that one should have simply stayed home.
For those with a penchant for mischief, the game offers a touch of shoplifting to indulge in, should the thrill of survival alone not suffice. There is even a bear, though whether it serves as comfort or further omen remains to be seen. And, lest I forget, the luxury of a drivable car—because what is horror without the possibility of an ill-fated escape?
I heartily recommend this tale of unease to any who delight in suspense, uncertainty, and the creeping sense that something—or someone—is always watching.

A very interesting game. I like the setting. Motels always offer great potential for a spooky atmosphere.

As expected from this series, the atmosphere is superb. This is the third entry in the saga that I've played, and once again, it successfully delivers a gripping sense of suspense. While the plot this time around feels slightly weaker in terms of pure terror, the tension remains constant throughout the experience, and there are still a few effective scares.
Although it may not be the strongest entry in the series, I would still recommend it without hesitation. It retains the unsettling ambiance that makes these games so engaging, making it a worthy addition to the franchise.

Game crashes on PC. A number of games from this series crash on PC, probably need an fps limiter, as CPU/GPU usage increases the longer you play until an eventual crash.
The game story is good overall. But the crashing is really annoying, could only finish it on the steam deck.
