Controls are super crappy and there is too much frustrating stuff when switching between levels or accessing new ones. I loved this game like 20 years ago, but the PC port just sucks. Wish it was better. Wouldn't pay for it. Maybe a few dollars for nostalgia but I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

The style is so incredibly charming. I tried getting into the groove but the controls and menu are too clunky to navigate. This is clearly meant to be a controller game. Sadly, the controls don't translate well to keyboard.

There is quite literally nothing like the Katamari games. And that's a good thing! This game is SEEPING with Japanese weirdness and I love it for that!

Played for the Prince, stayed for the King's story

I do, in fact, Love Katamari. This is the definitive version of one of my all-time favorite games from the PS2, and it runs like an absolute dream. Oh, and it looks amazing on the Steam Deck.

Its just as good as it was over a decade ago. A short sweet little budget title for dual stick controllers. I think the humor is ok. The art and visuals looks cleaner then the og game and the quality of life improvments are nice as well. For a budget title and as a game I give it like a 8.5/10. It goes on sale so what to get it but like even full price it's still a charming and fun game that got more heart and soul then many other games I ever played.

This game ruined my life. I will never find such a brilliant, comical and absurd game with such a simple concept. Everything about this game is perfect and that's not a good thing in this context. It's a curse. katamari forever is better though

We Love Katamari takes everything great about Katamari Damacy and makes it even better. The addition of unique gimmick levels, such as rolling up fireflies to light the way or helping a sumo wrestler gain weight, adds variety and keeps the gameplay fresh. The self-aware humor, tighter controls, and larger, more expanable stages make it the definitive Katamari experience. The added content in this remake edition enhances it further with crisp visuals and extra content, making this the best way to enjoy the most creative and charming game in the series.
