If you're scared of heights prepare for a heartattack. I really wish for alternative control schemes (should probably test SteamInput now that I think of it), because pressing and holding the thumbstick to run is a prime way to break it off. Other than that, its almost ilke an extractino shooter. You climb this massive beanstalk, collecting resources and then you gotta escape before you're killed. Then you use those resources to craft yourself stuff with cool little interactive objects and then rinse & repeat. There's also concept of day and night but I only played one mission so I have no clue what is the difference. The only two problems - this game is BORN to have a wingsuit or a parachute or a glider, and it doesn't have any. You get grappling hook and the zip line and they're cool and all but still. Second problem, very often the main climbing hook just disappears from my arm and settles back on my belt, while I'm trying to grab stuff with my bare hand. Buggy, hope it gets fixed.

This game is like uncooked pizza. The topping looks good, the cheese smells delicious but the dough is raw. If you paid full price for it you probably would like to get some kind of recompensation but because it was super cheap you just dig in and feel ill later… [Core gameplay] there is not much to complain about, you have the basic task of climbing to the top of the stalk, collecting resources for new blueprints and lastly killing the boss of the level. Sometimes you encounter special islands that provide you with more materials to craft with. [Option] in this game are bare minimum. I found it disappointing that there was no option to enable “virtual crouching” to help people who don’t like to bend their knees. [Crafting system] I have no idea who approved it but I bet this person never tried to craft items in bulk. To craft something you don’t need to chose specific blueprint form the book All you have to do is place the CORRECT amount of required items on the crafting table. It might seem alright at first but when you start crafting items like ammo it becomes tiring because not only every item and amount must match if you put anything else on the table it might craft something else or just block you from crafting. So before even attempting crafting anything you create piles of requested materials on a floor so you can pick it up without unstacking then but it still looks something like this {Grab a item > place correct amount on table > repeat if you have more types of materials requested <> grab a hammer > smash x3 > take crafted item > repeat if you need more <} and no you can’t skip any step [Smelting ores] To my surprise they manage to fuck this up too. if you smelt 10 ore prices it will slowly create a “tower” of ingots that after reaching height of 7-8 will fall over the floor or in best scenario back to the furnace. you might ask Jim why is this so bad? well bending your knees or back to collect items from the ground every time when you smelt ore is not fun for less active players if only there was some kind of button to duck or a better output for ingots [Inventory management] They give you a chest with unlimited space. Devs were so kind to give us simple categories so we don’t have to search for items. BUT if you have item that reached max stack size it will take another slot if multiply this by idk 20 and you will have few pages full of one type of material and no you can’t sort it by own, chest sort stuff automatically but it will not stack them together so you might end up with 4x[item a] 2x[item a] 1x[item a]. if dev gave us unlimited space why not ignoring the max stack limit? is just beyond me…. [Missions/quest] “it just works” but it would be nice if the reward items were already stacked together if you finish all the mission in one go you will have a beautiful explosion and big mess in your base. [Item Slots and Backpack] your backpack opens relative to your hand angle and high so forget about using it while falling down. There are four weapons slots, two on your back and two in your backpack. Using your backpack in the middle of combat will always end with losing health so switching weapons or healing yourself is shitty… (there is a easy fix for that just when you are about to grab items from your back if you press trigger before that it will switch with item in slot backpack) [hostiles] i don’t wanna talk about it but having small flying enemies that can shoot and glitch through floor from any direction is not fun So like I said, this game is like uncooked pizza. It looks good but if you bite it to it you realise the dough is uncooked ruining the whole joy from eating it. And the only reason i recommend it is because you can at least eat the top for dirt cheap

Why have I never heard about this before!? The combination of climbing and extraction based loot shoter is a great concept for VR, is very well executed with robust coop implementation.

This game is actually a sleeper that no one touched due to dismay towards the VR market at the time. Basically, It should be in everyone's library.

One of the best VR experiences I had so far! Great game with nice sense of tension. Unique combination of climbing and fighting. Repelling swarm of bees while hanging on one hand is definitelly new experience for me! There is also nice crafting system so you can improve your gear from hard-earned loot. Oh and there is coop so grab (get it?) a friend with you! Especially for the price (I got it on sale for 3 euros) its crazy good!

It's a shame that this game is not supported anymore. 3 of my friends and I discovered the game recently after it went on sale. Tons of fun with 4 player co-op with lots to do.
