I loved playing the demo. Felt good, satisfying shooting, complex and confusing levels.
After buying the full version and giving the first level a try, for the first time ever I felt nauseous playing a game. I can't stomach another minute - eyes feel like they'll pop and I'll lose my dinner. Not sure if it's the movement or something off with the video settings.
Levels are twisty and detailed, but I lucked into most of the next areas. The music was pretty lackluster considering the vibe it's going for. The lore seems interesting, albeit a bit long winded and trying too hard when the "AI" is talking. If it was just the "social network" parts it'd be good.
If GZDOOM mods is your thing, go for it.
