Some games will remind you of the 16 bit era platformers you played as a kid or they will pay homage to those games.
Go! Go! PogoGirl actually feels like it was litterally ported out of a SNES catridge, and a good one.
The short stages make it easy to launch the game on the Steam Deck, when you have a few minutes, for a quick fix of old school platforming.

That was an interesting and easygoing experience, with a lot of these hours being idle to get the 10000 jump achievement, that seems to be done counting a single stage, [spoiler]but those two enemies stacked on each other underwater in the master level 3 were just broken since they don't do anything if you bounce on them without a shield but they automatically destroy the shield if you have it even if you jump on them in the right way[/spoiler]
