Reminds me of LBX Little Battlers from the 3DS. Great game, amazing amounts of customization. It's like playing with Gundam Legos.

Firstly: If you aren't a fan of either Gundam or Armored Core, this game is most likely not for you. However, if you're into one or both of those, this game has the potential to be boatloads of fun. The mission designs are (let's face it) pretty lame. Two waves of tiny boys and then a big boy or two. That's almost every mission. It's definitely a flaw but if designing your own mobile suit that looks and performs exactly to your specifications is your draw then THIS GAME KICKS VERIFIABLE ASS. I've spent just under 60 hours in this game and MOST of it was just designing cool looking mobile suits. I can say without a doubt I'm 100% addicted. 10/10 for Gundam fans...probably 5/10 for everyone else.

A really fun GUNDAM game that only allow you to have fun creations the only downside is that you can only do
few buttons to chat which is weird, but the story is alright not much but there are some easter egg that you might know soon. Anyways good game.

It's a character creator with mid gameplay and annoying dialog tacked on.

Great for Gundam fans, only OK for newbies.
This game is a proper breath of fresh air for the Gundam Breaker franchise after the travesty that was New Gundam Breaker. It features all the parts variety you could expect from one of these games, and the ability to change sizes of parts to better match with each other is a godsend. The ability to pick different weapons on each arm or dual-wield a single weapon magnifies the potential builds you could try, and the game is constantly being updated with quality of life features and new mobile suits to try out. The greatest flaws of this game are its limited scope and its story.
The story feels very forgettable at best and like pro-AI propaganda at worst. It relies heavily on you having played the previous entries in the franchise while not completely capitalizing on bringing the stories of those characters to a conclusion. They're more a brief and forgettable cameo. The "this is all a game" aspect of the story has always been the weakest part of the Breaker series and it feels like that here most of all, where nothing has real stakes and any kind of logic or reasoning for what characters do breaks down when you realize it's all a game. Why are the character portraits avatars and not the actual player behind the gunpla? Why is so much drama being made over what is essentially a game demo? Why are they meeting inside the game instead of in real life or through a different service when they know that the villain can spy on them as long as they're logged in?
The pro-AI propaganda aspect of the story comes from a specific character who is an AI, and said character becoming the focal point of the story. The antagonist wants to erase this AI character while the protagonists want to keep them around. Right away you can see where they try to make it look like AI is good and not a wholly destructive technology, as the characters use emotional appeals like "but she's our FRIEND!" instead of a logically-supported argument. AI in real life can easily fake emotions, and there have been many cases of AI services using that to manipulate the users into spending more money and developing a codependency for the AI service. All cases that this game would like you to believe don't exist, and for that I believe the game should be rated M or AO.
A complaint I have about gameplay is how it makes no attempt to immerse you into the world of Gundam. The game hammers home over and over how everything is a simulation, and how nothing you see is real. For example, even though there is a "launch from the hangar" sequence your gunpla does not fly in for a landing. The game instead shows both the gunpla and the level being built out of data as it loads. A cool effect, but one that reminds me how nothing matters in this game. You are not some hero making his perfect robot, you're just a nobody playing videogames.

The game is extremely repetitive and doesn't feel that great to play. It's lacking in environment and mode variety, and the story is... there, I guess. Nothing to write home about. It's a nice game to turn your brain off to, but personally I'd rather be playing something else. A shame, since I was looking forward to this game, but it fell off for me once I realized I've already experienced the gameplay loop in full, with no signs of any changes to gameplay outside of customization options. Your favorite mobile suit part is already available to get in early game too, so there's really nothing in the game to keep you playing other than raising the stats of your favorite part.
Play Armored Core 6 instead if you're looking for something more action-packed and engaging.
GB4 is an alright experience if you just want to make a cool robot and explode some bots. Not a game for me, unfortunately.

[-] The combat is shallow and lacks punch. The missions quickly get repetitive. If you're not a Gundam fan, you won't miss much skipping this one.
[-] The story and characters are just there.
[-] Menus and diorama building are clunky.
[+] Body and skill customization is great. It's not entirely free-form as you can only choose an entire piece, i.e., head, torso, arms, lower body, etc., but you can't combine, for example, a Z'gok hand with an RX-78-2 arm. Also, skills are tied to specific body parts and weapons. Even so, making a dual-GN Blade-wielding Barbatos with Trans-Am skill is enough to scratch my MS customization itches.
[+] The port is decent and runs well on a mid-to-low-end hardware. And it's only 10GB on the hard drive.
[+] Even the Ultimate Edition is still a lot cheaper than painting the real gunplas.

I love Gundam. I love Gunpla. I love this game! So why am I leaving a negative review? THIS GAME WILL NOT RUN ON MY PC. It ran perfectly fine on my previous laptop computer, and I've had a grand 'ol time with this game, which is why I'm so shaken as to why it continues to crash on my new PC. It's a monster of a gaming machine, there's no reason why it should be crashing like it does. If the developers are able to patch a fix for this issue, I'll change this review the day of. Until then, I will be sad :(

It's a fun time killer but otherwise this game literally has nothing interesting to offer.
Like, you've cleared all story and side missions, you've built your dream gunpla or most batshit cursed thing and you can't do anything else in this game, not even online mode is worth checking out (cuz it doesn't work). And not to mention that DLCs are just a bunch of content that SHOULD'VE BEEN included in the base game since day uno. Also it's very ironic that the main antagonist motive just boils down to "AI bad", while Bandai Namco allegedly dipped their toes into AI slopfest for that metaverse grift and probably for other projects that we don't know about.
Knowing Steam's policy, I'll never get to see these 60 bucks again and it gave me a motivation to make my own mecha game. If you want to spend this much on Gundam content, you'd be better off with a 1/100 Master Grade kit.

This game looks extremely low effort.
Main story are boring.
Gunpla are kinda ok, but there're some model bug and ruin the only thing it's good about this game.
Extremely unbalance weapons. (I don't really mind.)
Particle effects looks underwhelming. (Ex. every single Mighty Freedom's weapons)
Battle UI looks terrible compare to other Gundum Breakers. (GB3 feels like a complete upgrade.)
