Only buy on sale IF you have an itch to play the old TMNT beat'em'up games.
This may be a collection of "13" games, but it's actually only 11. TMNT Arcade and Turtles in Time are in this bundle TWICE because they were both made available as arcade games and on consoles with minor alterations. They're also the only two games really worth playing. Everything else might as well be shovelware.

Always was interested in TMNT even though I was born long after Turtle Fever. So When I saw that this game had the 2 arcade TMNT games, i instantly put this game on my wish-list and on Grandma's and Grandpa's Christmas Party this January, I got a $30 Steam Gift Card and instanely got this game (And Some Xenoverse 2 DLC)
The Arcade Games are fun to play with friends. And as expected most (Not all) of the console ones were hard. I just wish most of them weren't just the same game again (I expect it some of them, but every single was pretty much the same game.)
Despite the game's problem I will still recommend this game to all Turtle Lovers. TURTLE POWER!
