AI-generated art all over the game! The game looks nice and 3D models are cute and stylized. But the mechanics are very wonky, you have no way of knowing when you attack is recharged, so you have to randomly press attack button and hope it works. My main gripe is AI-generated illustrations that have been used for cards illustrations, for loading screen and for promotional materials. I cannot support such a game in good faith, but the developers response is at least honest. As a fellow creative I know that not all of the issues are black and white. So personally, I find the AI-generated images to be jarring and not matching the style of the rest of the game. But I hope that in the future the developer will find the funds and the time to fix misplaced mouths, hands that clip into objects and other issues with AI-generated images, or make totally new images. If it truly is a project that is driven by a passionate developer and not greed, then I hope to see it grow, change and develop into a better game. And to that possibility I'll leave a positive review.

I've been playing this game since the first playtest, and I'm very impressed with how far it's gotten. The developer is very open to suggestions from the community and always responds to feedback, so it's really cool to see how the game incorporates those feedback while keeping its charms. It's surprisingly addictive and has a lot of replayability for an ARPG. Plus the companions are cute af.

Pro Tip: There's about a 1 second window upon using the summoning circles, that if you spam F, it will continuously spawn waves as many times as you can press F in that moment. Great for XP farming and / or getting dog-piled and dying in 3 seconds! :) Another pro tip: Doors are opened based on number of enemies killed in per room, with that number going up each room you complete, not the amount of summoning circles you've used. Don't be like me and do 10 summoning circles on the 1st room thinking they'd go away eventually and I could proceed. Very fun game. If this was an unintended mechanic and a bug, I sorely hope it doesn't get fixed or changed. It adds an amazing optional and fun difficulty modifier by being able to dump 100 enemies on yourself to blow up.

Heed the multiple warnings; If you don't have or don't intend to use a controller, be prepared for a genuine chore to manipulate this game. Keyboard control without rebinding is palpable at best, actively a hindrance at worst. Mouse support and key rebinds are planned, but as it stands at time of review, not available. Regardless of your method of control, however, this one is still a recommendation for me. With that said, the core of the game is fun, if roguelites tickle your fancy. I believe it priced fair for the content provided, and encourage the developer to continue to improve on a very solid foundation. Progression seems well balanced, without (thus far, at least) a major "tipping point" of power balance.

Very good game, pretty much every run ruining bug is patched or in the process of being patched. It's a dungeon crawler game and just quite fun. 10/10

Loving this game so far! It gets super ridiculous when you rain down a giant blob of a zillion enemies down on top of you, and even though I die half the time, I’m usually cracking up. Yes, I could summon fewer enemies and live longer, but where’s the fun in that? 10/10 would run from a fat horde of goblins directly into a spike trap again. I’ve convinced my gf to download it so we can play together.

Game is really fun, would def recommend if you enjoy action roguelikes. My only complaint is that walls/objects do not become semitransparent when you are behind them, which at times makes it impossible to see enemies and traps. This isn't a game-breaking flaw, but can be quite frustrating.

Oh look - A game that I called out for sneaking as a full release when it was actually an Early Access title at best did the thing that most EA games do and hasn't had an updated in almost a year. Really wish Steam would change their program for what qualifies to be sold on this platform and to hold these people accountable for giving us an actual product. Instead it's just a constant cycle of cash-grab-and-dip. To the developer: Shame on you. Have more pride in what you do. To the developer reply: Even more shame on you. Admit dedication and an initiative to succeed. Proceeds to not put out a single development since my review. Thus, proved my point. Don't buy - waste of money and the dead game should be pulled off steam.

Game is a great concept however the game has not received any updates or communication from the dev. The game is honestly still in an Early Access state not a full release.

Game feels like early access at release. Gameplay is good, but the grind quickly sets in after the first few hours. You get no indication that you are working towards anything. No story whatsoever. It is still far from what you would expect from a finished game. You endlessly grind for items that fit your playstyle. Be it melee, ranged, dot-based or minion based. If you find a good item for any of these styles you are not currently trying to play? Well tough luck. You cant save it for later. So you have to commit to a playstyle for hours of grinding to get anywhere. You get enchanting scrolls to alter your items. The cost to enchant seems completely random. Small enchants sometimes cost 3x the biggest enchants. And you cant get rid of them from the inventory. They just sit there in the menu, where you cant filter or sort them. Game is not ready for release.
