Originally this game was developed by one person im not sure how many people are now involved, anyway ive been coming back since it came out on early access, and im happy to say the game keeps getting better and better, it has a slow start and the A.I voices do kinda make the game feel weird but the gameplay is amazing, it has 3rd person shooter mechanics better than most AAA games, something that even STARFIELD couldnt do and if you cant offered to wait for star citizen to get their stuff together i recommend this game 100%, you can get maybe about 100+ hours of gameplay, you can mine, do bounties, maybe even be a pirate, theres giant ships you can land in almost all the planets

Don't listen to the haters. but please, add the ship ai back again so i can talk to it on long hauls. it was my most immersive moment.

Just purchased - and within an hr had it refunded. TY Steam. The game looks great and I'll come back when it's completed - maybe. It is the only game I have ever played that caused me to get dizzy, nauseous, uncomfortable - and dam I was sober. I found that I couldn't reduce the mouse scrolling sensitivity , stabilize the " walking bounce " or invert the Y access. It made it very hard for me to focus - try again. Really want to enjoy. Reinstalled NMS, Elite D, and X4 ---- retry NMS and attempt the others. Try Star field when price drops CONSIDERABLY.

Seems like a fun game with a ton to do. However, there are no invert mouse look controls for walking for flying. That makes the game completely unplayable for those of us who use inverted controls. There ARE inverted controls if you use a controller. But not for us mouse/keyboard users. And it's baffling, because it is super simple code to just INVERT controls with a simple setting. Until this gets added, if ever, I guess I won't be playing this one.

Unplayable in its current state. I haven't even gotten to the first mission and there are floating buildings everywhere, immersion broken. I will play when they complete the game, or give me access to tell them what to fix.

Game never loads. Just acts likes it is loading up then crashes. Seems like its been a problem since 2021/2022.

full of bugs and generally just not polished as game, might be fun for specific people with specific tastes but did not spark my tastes.

Game is cool, has a steppe learning curve, and it's super hard to get basics down. I rather not waste my time trying to learn how to actually play the game, even after 2.4hrs. Might be enteraining for others though

I hope this game prospers. It has bugs for sure. But, there is a lot to love. Keep up the good work!

This game is absolutely not playable on Steam Deck. Even with everything set to 'low' and resolution scaling set to half this runs at around 1fps. Not a typo. Not hyperbole. If anything I'm being generous. So, yes, is there a good game here? I have no idea. What I can tell you is, there most certainly isn't a Deck 'playable' game here.
