It doesn't cover all my map making wants/needs but for those parts that is has themes it is very good! Certainly recommended when on sale!

It's great for d&d, so easy to use with loads of different items to customise your maps. It's also super easy to stream to discord etc and also to be able to go between different apps

Overall: A lovely creative aid that has a fantastic crew working on additional features. Can't wait to see where they go from here.

It's a great tool that gets infinitely better with the workshop mods. I've been using it a ton for my D&D games.

Amazing software and even more amazing workshop community have made my GM preparation easy and comfortable. It'd be nice to have multi layers and storey option.

The price might be steep, but this is an INCREDIBLE tool for map making. I personally make my own maps by hand, so I can't really speak for the AI-related features but everything else has worked phenomenally for what I want to do. I highly recommend this one for aspiring dungeon masters.

I absolutely LOVE this!!!!! However, there are quite a few bugs that need fixing. My first 3 maps, all crashed. The first one I didnt know about the autosave feature so I lost several hours of work. After that I started using autosave but it's glitchy, sometimes saves files incorrectly (cant open/view them) sometimes it saves, but not a current version (despite having it set to autosave every minute). Occasionally items/objects will move on their own. I placed a skull on a table and it kept glitching and moving to different spots each time I went back to that area. Happened over 10 times with the same skull! So thats pretty annoying. Despite all of this, its fantastically made and very well thought out. Lots of locations, features and objects plus its easy to use. Will be a huge help in creating more realist maps for d&d.

Dungeon Alchemist have been really helpful for me to create quick maps on the fly to help in both social and combat encounters. However one major flaw i seem to have recenty is that when i export the file, it gets corrupted or wont load properly into Roll20. Making it feel like i wasted hours of my time just for the map not to work. Other than that, i highly recoomend it to dms.

Dungeon Alchemist is an impressive map-making tool that has brought lot of joy. The AI-assisted generation of dungeons, cities, and natural environments works amazingly well and saves a ton of time. The maps look fantastic and can be easily exported for VTTs or printed for tabletop sessions. A major highlight is the active community, which has already created a wealth of additional assets. The developers are also highly engaged and interact closely with users, constantly improving the software. There are still some features I personally miss, such as a multi-selection option for Copy & Paste. However, Dungeon Alchemist is absolutely worth the money, and I’m excited to see how it evolves in the future!
