It's not terrible.
The shooting mostly works, even if the fact that you have access to all of the guns at the start makes combat trivial.
The car chase scene goes on for 2.5 minutes too long and would be infinitely more interesting with more cars.
The localization/writing could be better.
I'd give it a thumbs sideways but those don't exist.
