i was confused, shocked, sad, happy and so many other feelings. this game was a roller coaster of emotions. then endings aren't too hard to get just the last 2 are a little confusing. overall very good experience. in my opinion it was worth the money. trigger warning though as there's lots of abuse words used throughout the game.

There are no redeemable qualities to the characters in this game, their all equally as bad, would still recommend this game to people if they just wanna play for shits and giggles

Class of '09 is Pure Savage Nostalgia Class of '09 doesn’t hold your hand—it shoves you straight into the chaotic, unfiltered world of early 2000s high school life. The protagonist is unapologetically ruthless, the dialogue is dripping with dark humor, and every choice feels like a power move. The voice acting is fire, bringing every savage moment to life, and the multiple endings make replaying a no-brainer. If you’re tired of sugar-coated, predictable visual novels, this one slaps. It’s edgy, hilarious, and refreshingly real—definitely not for the weak.

Finished the entire game in 3h wich is a little short, but considering the game is enterelly voice acted I think the price makes sens just for that. Honestly such a good game even if I think some of the story path could have been less brushed off, but I had a lot of fun playing, dark humor warning tho. Also I think I felt fine after the game but was a little more shaked up that I thought so some TW in spoiler :
Sexual Assault and Violence, General Violence, Bullying, Suicide & Depression, Drug abuse
And they aren't afraid to really touch the subjects, so be warned

I played Class of '09 after seeing it recommended and praised for being funny and thought-provoking. Unfortunately, I really didn’t enjoy it. First, I expected it to lean more into the 2009 setting. While there are nostalgic touches—MySpace, Nicole's period-accurate phone, and the characters' fashion—these feel superficial. The story would remain mostly unchanged without them, which makes the title feel misleading. Second, all of the characters are incredibly unlikable. Ninety-nine percent them are one-dimensional stereotypes, and even the more developed ones, like Jecka, end up doing things in certain routes that make them impossible to root for. That leads to my biggest issue: the game is unbearably edgy and inflammatory, seemingly for the sake of shock value. Why is nearly every faculty member a sexual predator? Why does the Mr. White subplot exist? Why is everyone so awful? If it's meant as satire or commentary, it misses the mark. If it's meant to be funny, it had its moments, but those moments were few and far between. More than anything, I kept wondering: What’s the point? The game seems to be reaching for a deeper message, but whatever it is gets buried under all the cynicism. Without anything or anyone to connect to, it all just feels empty.

I feel incredibly mislead with the 'overwhelming' positive reviews. I definitely should've read these reviews first because i would've realised that they are only positive due to being written by edgy teens who like the fact that they can play as a terrible character with no morals. For anyone that wrote 'oh its me' or 'so realistic, so relatable' then you are living in a delusional fever dream, or you just like being a massive ass hole in real life. The story writing feels like its been written by a kid in high school who just wants their fantasy of being the school edgy/cool kid who can take out their frustrations of real life out on this game. There are no choices to be a good person, no matter what option i chose my character was a dick to everyone. I tried to look past the bad art style, since some really good stories don't necessarily have good visuals, but i was incredibly let down. All the characters feel like extremely poorly written stereotypes with no depth or likeability. It is possible to make a well written villain, or to make a character with a difficult, repulsive or aggressive personality to be interesting or engaging. But non of these are. The story just throws in dark themes haphazardly to give the excuse of 'oh its satire and dark humour so it has to be funny and interesting by default'. I like dark stories, satire and a hint of dark humour but this is ridiculous. Its just crude, basic and unfunny.

Jesus this game is insane, not even 20 minutes in the game and I got the school principal fired because of very, very, VERY horrendous accusations. Not to mention, some of the dialogue here is very realistic. I have had to do a double take a few times and say "Oh #$%! This can happen", not only that but this game covered stereotypes perfectly, dealt with serious real life issues, and covered vast importance to racism (there is a legit ending to white nationalism and that's crazy). This game is not fit for children. I am dead serious, if you have any kids whatsoever and if you wish to introduce them to pc gaming, filter the hell out of steam, especially this. Overall would recommend it for young and older adults. Fun game

A lovely game where you can make terrible people do the most despicable of things you would only hear while sitting in at the Nuremberg Trials. 10/10 do not regret at all.

It's a very enjoyable little visual novel. It is funny, but I think it also has a lot to say about a lot if you're looking for more than just a laugh. Personally, I would have preferred if there were less pedophiles, but maybe that's just a me thing.
