A fun, light-hearted, point-and-click puzzler. An entertaining puzzler with a few issues, but enough charm to keep you engaged. You play a downtrodden bellboy who has to empty the hotel of guests and staff for a nefarious plan. Puzzles are fair, if quite easy, there's a wide variety of different, oddball characters and in general a lot to like. I played through in about 7 hours. My main issue with the game is how linear it is. Despite have a full hotel of 20 guests and staff to get rid of, you're forced to deal with them one at a time, in a prescribed order. Dealing with one person will generally give you items to deal with the next etc. This means if you ever get stuck, you are stuck, you can't go deal with a different guest while you try to work it out. It feels too on-the-rails for portions of the game and I can't help but feel that with a little effort this could have been a more open, free-flowing experience where at any one time there were several puzzles you could be doing. Fortunately, I only really got stuck once (the game is not that hard at all). That said I still enjoyed it, and the weird characters and their fun little stories kept me well engaged, the Doug and Tulip storyline being a highpoint. Contains quite a lot of sex references and sexual innuendo, which may bother some people.
