Pretty good game, I was hesitating on buying it until i got it at 50% off for 4.50 USD. After playing it i am very satisfied with the purchase and hope there will be a sequel and/or some updates to add more content since the base game is very fun. In short as long as your ok with the game taking about 90 minutes to complete its definitely worth full price.

It's a great game if you are into rouge-lite games. There is a pretty awful bug (in my opinion) with the visual effects that play sometimes, if you step into the elevator while your screen is blacked between effects the screen will not come back until the next effect plays which could be a while. But still a good game overall

Found this by complete random and was incredibly surprised by how awesome this game is A. Coming out over a year ago and me never hearing about it and B. At the time only having 34 steam reviews. The cool steam banner graphic and soldier design initially drew me in, and the very tight gameplay made me love this game. Going in pretty much completely blind, the horror elements surprised me and kept me on my feet, I could see myself playing this game for a good couple hours. I know this game came out over a year ago and I'm not certain if the developers even remember that they made this game, but there are a couple of suggestions that I'd like to make that I think would take this game from great to perfect. The AI isn't as bad as some people in negative reviews have made them out to be, but they do seem kind of inconsistent. Dodge rolling seems to be a great way to confuse your enemies for a second and it seems to reset the AI's aim time if they haven't already started shooting, but sometimes enemies will just stare at you for a solid second before you get to them and take them out which can kind of take you out of the experience. I think a great fix would be to slightly decrease the amount of time it takes for the AI to lock onto you as you get later into elevator levels, essentially adding another element to the increasing difficulty. A really simple but great addition would be to add some pickups around the levels, even something as simple as occasional hidden ammo or armor drops that you have to seek out around levels would make exploring levels a lot more fun. A more complex addition that I wouldn't really expect to ever happen would be some kind of simple weapon modification system, being able to attach a suppressor to weapons to allow you to silently take out some guards before alerting the rest, or a laser pointer that gives you a more accurate judgement of where you're aiming, or jungle-taped magazines for increased reload speed. My last recommendation is a more personal one, some kind of system that allows you to add your own music to the game would be great. I really liked some of the music, and I particularly liked how each new level starts a different song, but there's not many songs so they start to get kind of old eventually (excluding the shop level theme because that shit is smooth). There's not really an easy way to emulate the way music works in this game when turning music on in a browser.

Interesting idea but overall disappointing. The progression is done in a way that doesn't really make sense. The first time you play your vision is severely limited. Your vision is extended as you kill more people. A bit strange but okay, it could make sense if the game gave any context with story. I thought all of the guns just had extremely small magazines and maybe they could be upgraded or could have better versions. Saw a P90 in the shop, since had plenty of trouble with magazine capacities so I thought buying one of those would help. Nope, it started off with being able to hold like 10 bullets at a time. The amount of ammo you can load into a gun is raised with your skill level. Enemies and their AI are pretty bad. Sometimes enemies will hear you from adjacent rooms, sometimes the guy next to you won't notice your LMG spray. Enemies regularly get stuck on things. Sometimes the furniture stops them from moving, it's forgivable since there is physics with the clutter in the rooms. Sometimes they will walk to an unobstructed doorway and be unable to go through. Every enemy, including bosses, are the same exact thing. Walk or stand around until player is detected. Go to player. Shoot player. The only difference between them are the amount of health they have, the damage they do, and the type of ammo they drop. Guy with a pistol? Needs to be 4 feet away to shoot you. Guy with a rifle? 4 feet. The boss carrying that rocket launcher looking thing? Yep, 4 feet. Part of the story is that you're supposed to be crazy? There's a narrator, or maybe it's your own characters voice, pretty cool. Occasionally there are hallucinations which for the most part just ended up being a nuisance. During these hallucinations your vision can be reduced, you might see things moving around that aren't real enemies. They're not uncommon but almost all of the times they happened were after the level was cleared so it was almost always an unnecessary annoyance that slowed down my walk to the exit.

TL;DR: Picked the game up on sale with spare cash. Frankly, it's not a bad little game, though devoid of any real depth. Feels very at home in its price range, and I feel like you'll get a good couple hours of enjoyment out of it. 8/10, would play again. Gameplay is solid, if repetitive, and the gunplay feels rather well fleshed out. It's no Insurgency Sandstorm, but all of the weapons felt good, sounded good, and there was a courteous amount of variety. I particularly enjoyed the shotguns; very satisfying! I didn't quite understand the weapon levelling mechanic, nor the rhyme or reason behind the horror elements, but overall it was still rather enjoyable. The music is also fairly repetitive, but fits well, and I had no complaints about the variety in such a short game. I could imagine it getting rather bland after a few hundred floors in endless mode, (I think top score is ~320 at this point.) Replayability is a bit lackluster, despite the endless mode, though I suppose maxing all of the weapons and getting all of the achievements could give you ~8 hours of overall game time. For reference, at 3.2 hours I've gotten 22/30 achievements and have maxed out two weapons with another two at the second level. Considering I picked this up on sale with some cash from selling skins in CS:GO, I certainly enjoyed it. I think the standard price tag of 8.99 is probably a smidge high, but the developers obviously put a fair amount of love into this. Grab it if you enjoy top down shooters, or if you just wanna blow a few hours on a quick, but good game.

Good game, few notes Video options are limited, my monitor is 1360x768 but no option was available for that, so I had to go with 1024x768 Controls could be a little bit more clear It's a good first game for the studio, excited to see what they do with it

I like to dabble in games so this was great for me. A fun top down shooter with a weird sense of eeriness, was good fun. I recommend this if you like top-down shooters, retro feeling games or just eery games. Couple of bugs still but overall played nicely

B67 is a short, rough game, and that's both good and (obviously) bad. Being torn between positives and negatives of the game, I've decided to label the review as "Reccomended" to support the developers. ON ONE HAND it is a quite refreshing top-down shooter. The enemy soldiers while being somewhat dumb are really deadly, melting health bar in an instant if given the chance in form of player's poorly timed reloading. Managing long reloading animations is a key to survival, as each weapon holds amount of bullets enough to dispose of 1 or 2 enemies before running dry. Guns feel satisfying and powerful to use against the enemy heavy armor, justifying high bullet cost gunplay. The art style is another higlight of the game. The combination of voxelated 3D, pixelated hud and distoted audio gives B67 a great mashup of arcadey and horror feelings (the latter being criminnaly ignored by the game trailer). Surreal stuff happening around, established evil alignment of playable character and videogame take on office environments create an atmosphere of a playable horror B movie, and a good one at that. ON THE OTHER HAND it falls flat as a roguelite. Yes, there are randomly stitched floors, variety of guns and permanent upgrades, but there's no substance to all of theese. Floors are completly devoid of any reason to explore them (besides finding the last stuck enemy) while allowing player to easily cheese trigger disciplined AI by camping doorways or corners. Each weapon within one of four categories (pistols, shotguns, SMGs and assault rifles) feel the same, one is barely more powerful than another. On top of that the guns are easily accessable from just looting the bodies, so there's no enjoyment in loot hunting associated with the genre to be found here either. Upgrades are basically total ammo caps, again nothing interesting. Considering the above I've easily got to the game ending on the second try, and while I generally had fun during the run it was waay too generous with the "continues" and the difficulty. TLDR; For what it's worth I would recommend B67 as a fun top down shooter for one or two fun evenings, don't expect fleshed out roguelike elements
