Very nice. Some animations sometimes feel too long and skipping feels clunky, but otherwise it's exactly what is promised!

Many games over the past decade have attempted to modernise the point-and-click adventure game, with many falling into the same pitfalls of obtuse puzzles, endless backtracking, and complexity for the sake of challenge. McPixel 3 takes all of this into account and turns the genre on its head. Obtuse puzzles aren't a problem when losing is fun. Trying the same stages over and over isn't a problem when they're measured in seconds, and levels start off complicated but simplify the more you progress. The game hits this perfect balance when transitioning initial curiosity into focused deduction. McPixel 3 is more cohesive and creative compared to the first game, while still holding onto its winning formula, hilarious off-the-wall humour, and general unseriousness.
