It's a little bit more than a Hidden Object game because there is a tiny bit of puzzle aspect to it. There are points when you have to complete objectives for patients and they may see really arbitrary. You can redo the levels easily so I do suggest finding books and papers all around to get the full story of what happened. Some people complain about the writing and it's honestly not that bad, the translation is well done imo. My complaint is the background sounds aren't all that creepy for the game, I feel like it could have been more immersive and that the log section or notebook could have been better put together. I'm still going back to find more bits and pieces later, kinda hoping to get a better ending, if there is one.

I do not recommend this game. When playing I couldn't save the game or exit. I tried several time through the game to exit and I would have to manually exit the game on my computer. Also despite having clicked on save game many time before exiting, when i would start the game up it doesn't remember my progress. It is a bit frustrating. Gameplay takes some time to figure out and it gives me anxiety figuring it out when the game has a count down.

its okay, it doesn't explain everything and you get confused a lot. I would use the hints but they sometimes didn't explain much.

I've played a lot of hidden object games, and this has to be one of the least satisfying I have played in a long time. The hint system is garbage, the timer for the scenes, particularly for the last two stages of each zone, is ridiculously short, and the clues for some of the hidden objects are either impossible to understand or very unclear. The ending is also incredibly unsatisfying. The worst part is that the trailers for the game are misleading. You don't switch from reality to hallucinations, each zone progresses through 4 stages, which start in reality and then the last two are in "hallucinations", which are only distinguishable by the graphics and poorer quality of the clues. Great idea for a game, but horrible execution.

Story behind this game is pretty nice, but how much reading do you want in this kind of game? Before you do any single move you must read, read, read. 3-4 text pages to make a next move. Boooring, and pointless!

The game play is confusing, which is pretty impressive considering it's a point and click game. The "Help" screen is almost no help at all and the guide on the games page is worthless when it come to figuring out how to actually play the game. The game itself seems good, but the instructions are terrible, to the point that I have no idea how to proceed with the story.

I really tried to play this with an open mind, but no matter what, this game is awful. Full of badly translated dialog that either makes no sense or is annoyingly preachy, hints that hardly do anything to help, and is just not fun. There are no sound effects or music, so there's not even anything to really keep your attention. There's no tutorials, which would be extremely useful for later segments, as once you get past the hidden object puzzles, you have to remember things written on random bits of paper that you'll find scattered around and if you don't remember or didn't find them, tough. I made it to the end of "Story 3" (mostly by accident & clicking on literally everything and anything) before giving up, as it asks you to find objects drawn in your notebook, which is only an issue because they look like a five year old drew them in a rush. Clicking on them gives you the ever-helpful hint of "I don't know what that is." Please do not waste your money on this, it fails as a horror game with no scares and it fails as a hidden object puzzle (which I didn't even think was possible).

The gameplay is lacking, but it seems to have a decent story. The instructions are vague at best and the hints are just little tips that only help if you want a general idea of what to do, but not be told the answer. The puzzles are timed, which usually isn't a big deal, but the timer doesn't pause if you want to read all the notes and such scattered around. It'd be nice if there was an option to turn off the timer altogether, but sadly there is not. On some levels I've had to click on every little thing which ran down the timer and when I finally found the right object I had to skip the text to finish the puzzle before I ran out of time. So, if you care about story that might be an issue. The game has potential, but in it's current state I wouldn't bother playing it.

I dig it. This game is different and I like different. They story took a bit to figure out but what mystery doesn't? The backgrounds were nice. Some of the objects were tough to make out. My advice is to read everything and if something sounds like instructions, jot it down because you'll need it in the next segment and there's no way to go back unless you exit and replay that segment. I finished the game several times. I like the end game 'phrases'. To avoid spoilers, you'll see what I mean. I didn't like the timer kept going when you were reading, but if I ran out of time- it was nothing to restart and re-find the items quickly, saving time. I agree with another player who pointed out the mc types too slow but one click of the mouse button and you get the whole statement so no problem there. This game had a few minor issues but I still liked it. Got several endings and I'm not the type who usually goes for all of them. This time I did because each one gives you more of the story. You can choose any chapter to replay so it doesn't take long to replay a segment. Disease is a different kind of HOG and I highly recommend it. It can be fun if you're into story rich like I am. Eagerly waiting for the next one!

This game was awful. In just a short time I played I was bored. It has no interactive play or turtorial. It doesn't give you a causel to expert choice to play. It has no sound effects to keep you intrigued into the game. It uses typing words that type very slow and you don't have a choice to skip. The menu buttons are on the left side for help and how to play but even then the instructions are vague. If you don't know much about exiting a game when it doesn't show a menu option I guessed the esc button on my keyboard and magically it exited. This game seems like it was set up as beginner gamer and no enticing sounds and graphics The first 3 times i did the object find it just changed scenes with little to no major graphic changes of the front lobby. No movement no walking here no change in your location you were stationary in the same spot and used a cat to fetch you things if you don't know how to activate that it was process of pressing buttons all over the screen and found out of default the right clicker on my mouse activated the cat toy. I felt it was poorly put together and could of used more time on creating it a better more interesting version of the game. At first glance the trailer looked good but once I got to the game I was very unimpressed and not pleased.
