I just finished all the games in this collection today. Some are good, some are meh.
For titles I liked, Summer Night, The Outsiders, and Shatter are standouts here. All solid experiences. I also liked the idea behind Hand of Doom, but it felt fairly rough, but I know that one has a full game now and this version is just a teaser from way back.
For mixed to bad, Mr Bucket Told Me to was an ok experience, but very slow and rough. Pony Factory was pretty decent. A very basic shooter, dealing with the ranged enemy's without getting hit was a bit awkward. Carthanc was rough and felt like it needed more polish. The way it handles the monster chasing you is odd. Don't go out was way too simple and not really interesting at all. The Pay is Nice was probably my least favorite, behind Rotgut. It just wasn't very interesting.
Rotgut was, strange. It's just an overly long, slow walking sim with borderline nothing happening the entire time. It also has terrible draw distance and glitchy textures. This is the only game in the collection I'd call flat out bad.
I got the collection on sale for less the three dollars, and for that, I'd say the experiences were well worth it overall. I will say, the 'hub' mirror around the game with the odd narration letters seems very pointless. Maybe I just didn't tie them all together, but several seemed disconnected from others, and one of the narrators just, to be frank, came off as "I'm thirteen and this is deep" with everything he said. Waxing poetic about things that don't really matter to sound smart like I would have in my preteens back in the early 2000's. I almost rolled my eyes while listening to the letter about him mocking the "trolley problem". It's just, strange. The voice acting in general for the 'hub' narration was pretty poor. But the narration letters for each game are fully optional so take that as you will. You can easily just ignore them.

I want to like it but the lack of Steamdeck controller support kills it for me. Sorry. Huge fan of Dread Delusion tho, and want more like it.
