Bought this game on a whim, hadn't heard anything about it but i haven't been able to put it down! really simple tower defense style game mixed with fast combat and tactics! The roguelike element of finding new gear is the icing on the cake, can't wait to see what they bring to the table next! MUST TRY!

Fun to play with friends, I have a feeling it will be a lot more fun after it releases. The game is fully functioning and only has a few problems, nothing game breaking in my opinion. Pick it up if you want a fun way to shoot aliens with your friends for a few hours at a time.

The coop is fun until you realize there is a limiting factor of lives. once you go through all the lives, whoever died first gets to spectate multiple rounds until you find a replenishment. This is very punishing for a game that is less fun than other coop FPS defense games. Game is well put together, but coop is garbage and that's the only reason I play these types of games.

This is one hell of a game. Extremely fun and snappy gunplay, interesting spins on classic trap archetypes, and the coop netcode and such feels rock solid. No issues with lag playing with one person in Australia and the other in the United States, something that a good number of games have struggled with in my experience. Especially shooters.
I am extremely excited to see where this project goes, and absolutely going to be recommending this to my friends. I will say though, with the four pods in the starting zone, it makes me wonder what four player coop for this game would be. Chaotic, probably, but who knows.

Sentry almost reaches greatness with its solid gameplay but falls short due to the outside systems surrounding it.
The layout of the ship and multiple attack vectors incentives the player to neglect the outer sectors and focus on the two choke points leading to the core, leading to the same levels being played back to back for an [b]entire run[/b]. This leads to a repetitive routine of defending the same two sectors and the core back to back, which is exacerbated by the lack of tools available to a new player, building the same set of traps on the same levels over and over again.
The core is there, the moment to moment gameplay is great. The lack of variety overall and enforced by the outside systems hinder it too much for me to recommend it.

Feels like a mashup of FTL and Half Life, with a core gameplay loop of tower defense. Seems a tad expensive for what you get, but if they keep adding content it'll definitely be worth the price.
Would definitely recommend.

Sentry is this game that feels like the very first level of Halo Combat Evolved, and that's a good thing!
I really grew to enjoy progressing and trying out defensive layouts. Although pushing enemies off the edge is my favourite by far, the ever changing levels will challenge your defined strategy and award your weapon skills + map knowledge. Don't get me wrong, respawning into an overwhelming amount of foes is an exhilarating experience, but I would enjoy more prep time before rounds, if only for the first wave at least. I feel this is also a tower defence and having time to plan things out before fighting is usually how this genre goes, especially in multiplayer coop! (which is said to come out soon!)

THIS GAME IS AMAZING! I really love the aesthetic, the sounds, the gameplay and everything that comes with it, the game is still in development, but the things that exist right now are amazing and the Devs really listen and think how to make this game more fun and enjoyable without losing sight of the things that make the game so great!
To me it was worth every penny and time!
