I wish I could give this game a good review, but the controls are not great, and some aspects feel contrived.
The game is split into two roles, the pizza chef in VR and the waiter not in VR.
I couldn't use a controller for the waiter, and the movement was oversensitive.
Beyond that, The pizza chef is responsible for both food and drinks, which makes no sense, and the drinks are so specific it gets down to the number of ice cubes, which is ridiculous.
There's a Burger Shop game called VR The Diner Duo that gets the balance so much better.
The chef worries about food, the waiter worries about drinks.
Nobody needs to be given a menu, and nothing feels contrived.
Maybe this game will improve since it's still in early access, but I can't recommend it in its current state.
