I stuck on Aquatic Stadium on Eps.3 "Gator Bait". When I open the door with crowbar to "apprehend Neltz" the game stuck on black screen with loading icon the corner. It's so frustrating and I ended up stop playing the game.
ANY SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM WOULD BE SO F*K!NG APPRECIATED, THANKS~

The fact that not only you have to connect to the ubisoft launcher but also have to open a fcking webpage in your browser to even start the game is just retarded and I can't recommend a game pulling that bs.
Which is a shame, because the game itself seems to be alright, if you like cop stories.

So far it's a decent game. Essentially like playing the main character in a cop tv show. Biggest complaint is the battlelog being required to play the game so now even to play the solo campaign I have to have internet connection.

Almost a decade on from its initial release and I finally decided to grab Battlefield Hardline just for the campaign portion. Despite a strong opening with a TV show-like presentation, the missions soon become a tedious chore of repetitive gameplay actions, terrible AI and painfully generic level design.
You play the role of Nick Mendoza of the Miami Police Department, who teams up with a new detective after a drugs bust goes bad. The story is presented like a cop show in the modern setting and gets off to an encouraging start. Sadly the narrative doesn't really captivate and the accompanying missions which act as TV episodes are limited in design, whereby they are incredibly linear and you spend more time arresting suspects than shooting.
The AI is very poor and really breaks any dwindling immersion and all the action feels very watered-down. At its core, this was never a Battlefield game and it was only incorporated into the franchise to make the marketing easier, and because it shared the same engine and multiplayer framework. The presentation still holds up pretty well 10 years later and some of the environments are impressively detailed but the gameplay pales in comparison.
This game also requires the EA App (formerly Origin) along with Battlelog in which everything is ran through a browser window just like we saw with Battlefield 4 back in 2013. Many users have reported issues with launching the game and this could provide a headache in itself.

Battlelog makes opening the game an undertaking of its own. Who thought it was a good idea to tie everything to a website like a 2nd launcher (3rd if you launch through Steam because EA) when Battlelog's functions could've been easily tied into the game itself?

This game is criminally (pun intended) underrated. Cant believe there is still a active playerbase

Love the story how the importance of each character and their story is narrated. Wanted to play game like this in a long time. This is one of the very few games which has almost perfect in every thing.

This review focuses solely on the single-player campaign.
It's okay. The story is serviceable, maybe even good in the first half. Despite its short five-hour length, it still manages to drag, often without making much sense.
The gameplay is meh. The guns feel great, but the campaign’s mission structure often discourages their use, which disrupts the overall flow. Sneaking through warehouses, arresting enemies, and knocking them out quickly becomes monotonous. The braindead enemy AI only makes it worse - every criminal you arrest is armed, often visibly so, yet not once does anyone decide to fight back. No one ever tries to alert their nearby allies, either. I understand this was a gameplay choice, but it just felt lame.
I can’t speak for the multiplayer experience but regarding the single player, the PC port is garbage. I experienced multiple issues: cutscenes inexplicably locked to 30 FPS, an unchangeable, extremely narrow FOV that made me feel queasy at times, and three hard crashes in just a few hours of play.
Is it worth playing? Maybe - if you're desperate for an FPS campaign and have played everything else.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely not.

Hardline is a great single player game. The story plot is flowing predictably, but I liked how the story unfolds and gives you a feel of a real story. As well, game amazed with how technically advanced is the graphics technology used in the game.

Campaign is a masterpiece!!
Probably my favourite singleplayer of all battlefields.
Regarding launching option, this is sad to have to go throught battlelog to launch the game.
You need internet to operate the game...
But again, the singleplayer campaign was an absolutely masterpiece.
Didn't regret that $3.99 (90% off)
