I think there's good potential in Fighting Clans, and would encourage supporting it. Thoughts and recommendations in detail here: https://youtu.be/gcNDX-lUDMc Played on Oculus Quest, using Virtual Desktop to Stream.

it would be nice to resize your arms like in the settings of Aeon. it doesnt feel right when my arm is extended but in the game its bent. i personally like being more of an athletic build, not bulky. shape and size of self in comparison with opponents would be cool. it would also be nice if when his hands are up and i punch between his hands at his face, it hits him. if you guys could make there blocking actually target my fist with accuracy, so that its a visual block, that would be cool. same with me, if i could block there kicks and punches visually, and it registers as a block..that would be nice.

I only need 5 minutes to see how bad this game is. First off, there are only 3 settings - Texture Quality, Post Processing Off or On and Effects. No sound, no shadows, shaders, model quality, no control remapping - nothing. Secondly, there's no indication that the "other" modes aren't there or anything. You try to select them and nothing happens - so why not put a note saying "These are not in the game yet"? Now, into the fighting - you are thrown in with no tutorial, no guidance, nothing. You have to figure out how to play this game yourself. So there's me, wondering what do I do? I use the left stick, I can't move, I use the right stick, I can't turn around??? How come the enemy gets the ability to go around me but I don't get that same luxury? The indicators of whether or not you've done damage or how much aren't there. You punched him but... Did it hit him? Did it hurt him? If so, how much did it hurt??? Then, there's the controls. You are not told what each button does but when you use it, it's still confusing. The only thing I figured out is that the face buttons on the right controller do a right kick (a detached foot comes up) and for the face buttons on the left one, you do a left kick. But both buttons work - is one a lower kick and a higher kick??? There's really no way to tell since it happens so fast. Then there's also the indication that you are "tired" which is just a heavy breathing noise. Not sure how I'm meant to tell at what point I can't kick/punch, but apparently I'm meant to. It also appears to be abandoned by the devs, who are updating a new game that they've released instead of finishing their current one. Overall, I'd say this could be fun with polish, clear guidance and better design, but in the end it lacks all of those.

Shows great potential, a lot of ideas are still needed to change this from a demo into a full game though. The game itself seems fun and playable, its the complete lack of anything that's the current issue, but hopefully the dev's will put the time in and make this into something entertaining and satisfying

Not a bad game for VR fans, you will definitely like it. The game was created taking into account the rules of street fighting. You fight to win, you win to survive. The only drawback is that the game is in early access and wait for its final development .

I like the concept of the game. The idea of a street fighting VR game sounds pretty cool, but sadly it was poorly executed here, and I do mean very poorly. First off, the only story in the game you're getting is what's in the store page description. There's no campaign, no missions or anything, just three areas to pick from in any order you choose and that's it. The fighting is god awful as well. If you think you're going to be throwing punches and kicks and expect to get clean hits, it's not gonna happen. You can be as accurate as you possibly can when throwing a punch but you will not hit your intended target. The only two punches I found that really work are over the top punches and body shots. The only real effective thing you can do is block attacks well. Considering how cheap the game is, I wasn't expecting anything too outstanding but I was still expecting something to be good but nope. If you're really curious about this game, then go ahead and give it a try. It's only 8 bucks and it shouldn't put too much of dent in your wallet. I beat the game in 20 minutes so you should be able to refund it after beating it if you don't like it lol.

Attempted to play through this to find there is no locomotion nor turning so, I spent most of my time in game dangerously close to beating a wall. No instructions whatsoever, tried every button and couldn't manage to figure out how to kick. I enjoyed the grappling of arms but it wouldnt last long due to my enemies always backing out of my reach, then when they come back into range I get hit by a series of unblockable attacks. I love fighting games and I'd love to see this one improved upon later, but as it is now, its a swinging match.

theres no street fighting moves that you can do, even though it was advertised that you could do them. the enemy just blocks everything and barely reacts to your punches, resulting in you having to do stupid shit to beat them.

The game is incredibly barebones bad. It doesn't let you punch in a straight line even. Me doing actual martial arts, i came into this game with a open mind on it being bad, but this is just not worth money at all.

If the developers want input they should contact me and I'd provide feedback. In a nutshell, the concept of the game is the only worthwhile part. The mechanics are completely unrealistic and totally not responsive. It's waaay too easy and punches are thrown and then land out of sync in totally unrealistic ways. I beat the entire game in less than 20 minutes, first try (and you probably will, too). The developers should try to get in touch with whoever made Thrill of the Fight. Those mechanics are the best I've experienced. I would not by this game unless some major work is done to improve the realism and responsiveness.
