As soon as I saw the first trailer for this I was extremely excited to try this out and I'm happy to report that it did not disappoint. Not only did the game not wear out its welcome, it finished at a point where I'd be happy to play more, which is always a sweet spot for me. I collected everything and finished the game in about 16 hours.
The challenge felt appropriate and any areas I got frustrated was more a result of my own impatience rather than the game itself. At no point did I feel like I was robbed after a death, it always felt like it was my own fault. There were a couple minor bugs I encountered, and only one brief soft lock (only once), but nothing a quick reload of the game couldn't resolve. Additionally the devs are quick to respond on their discord and are super help and polite.
I'm happy this was the first game I beat this year and I can't recommend it enough.

I wanted to like the game, unfortunately in 2 hours of my play i got game breaking bugs more then 10 time.
Good idea, but can recomand to fold not secepible to bugs.

Weird that people are posting negative reviews about the Steam Deck performance when the store page says it's unsupported and the game literally warns you when you start it. Lame and not fair to the devs, IMO.
I was stubborn and played the game on the OLED Steam Deck anyway, some frame dips and the controls were hard with the deck's form factor, but I still had a good time. Played mostly offline mode but it was ~12hrs to beat. No major bugs for me.

The game itself is a hidden gem and deserves way more sales. Absolute banger sound track, graphics, and world setting. Won't be forgetting this one for a while, it gave me Hollow Knight vibes aesthetically while it brought its own flavor of combat and charm to the table.
Really highly recommend this one, especially if you aren't playing on the Deck. I'll be looking forward to what this dev releases in the future. Great stuff.
