I got mine as part of a bundle. It's a simple maze game but I found it enjoyable enough and relaxing to play through. There are some minor obstacles and power-ups you'll use to complete some of the levels.

As a fan of maze games, I really think the TAL franchise is going in the right direction this time. Even though the mazes are simple, and sometimes too small, the addition of elements that gives more complexity to the game is really welcome. I would love to see more games with this type of elements, with puzzles, traps, as lots of items. Would love to see levels filled with different elements (sometimes one element was present in the level, but not two, or in two following levels). Keep on good work and add more traps and puzzles :3

I am sorry, I know it seems petty to refund a game when I only paid 49 cents for it, but in this case I have to do it. I love mazes but there is no game here, you just use the movement keys to walk from the blue circle to the red circle and that's it. These are very simple mazes that can be completed in 30 seconds -- maybe 40 seconds if you need to take a short detour to flip a switch. There are monsters and traps in some of the mazes but they pose no threat whatsoever, as they are very easy to avoid. A few times I deliberately walked into a trap just to see what would happen, but all it does is transport you to another maze that can also be completed in 30 seconds, and then you get transported back. I cannot believe that there is an entire series of TAL games when the earlier entries in the series were apparently even more basic than this. I might have kept the game just for the achievements, but it is marked "Profile Features Limited" which means it doesn't even contribute to the global achievement stats. Frankly this belongs on a free Flash games site, and if i had found it there I wouldn't have spent more than five minutes on it.

Who says every game must be big and ambitious to enjoy? Simple and easy games can be fun, too and that is what brings me to the TAL Franchise back and back again. I like Maze Games. I played many of the AMAZE Game Series to the End and i like the TAL Series. It began with TAL: Arctic 1-3 where we guide an mysterious Creature on his way, then as Part 4 we got TAL: Jungle and here, as Part 4 TAL: Wizard Adventures. From Part to Part the Series grows slowly on Ideas. While you have to run simply through Mazes in Part 1, you have a little Wizard Apprentice Story in little Episodes with Puzzle Mini games and more Mechanics in the Mazes here in Part 5. It is still very, very easy, but that is no problem to me, because in Times like this with Corona it also needs to have a little easy Game just to chill and get your head away from what happens outside. And if its only for a short time. And thats what TAL gave me. Each TAL Game is very, very easy and the Achievements are really a Present because all are fair without grinding and can be all done in one Walkthrough. Also, the prices are fair. What i really, really like, are the TAL Soundtracks. The whole Music from each TAL Game is really atmospheric and since Part 1, i have listen to them over and over again. And thats why i like the TAL Series, thats why i like to support the Devs. And i hope for more TAL Games and i´m also excited for more Soundtracks. I´m a Story writer and each time i´m writing storys, i like listen to Game Music and the TAL music is a big part of my Music List. A big thanks for the Devs. If you just want to play a little, easy, charming and chilling Game or just want to get Achievements, then this is for you. Thank you for reading. For the Devs: I hope you continue TAL. Make it bigger, set more Traps or puzzles, make a "Fog of War", so player have to uncover the maps and dont see the exit from the beginning, make Roleplay Elements, what mean, Player get experiences and can raise their Character for more Speed or getting more hits from Monsters or Traps, but please if you make a time counter, give us an option to put it off, i didn´t like it in the AMAZE Series and the biggest point for me: Continue your wonderfull Soundtracks. Thank you. :-)
