I absolutely love this game. It took me around 2 and a half hours to beat, and it was definitely worth the price. The game was more difficult than I was expecting (or maybe I'm just bad), but it was not too difficult. I recommend it for anyone who wants a fun and short platformer to play (also it is co-op so it would be great with friends.) The sprites are beautiful and the art style is great. Not to mention the great soundtrack that seems to change with each level. I experienced some slightly frustrating bugs and movement issues using a keyboard, but I don't know about how well it plays with a controller. For example after getting off of a ladder you can't jump unless you move a certain distance away from it (most of the movement issues happened near or on ladders, ramps, and while carrying the other character on your head. There seems to also be some translation errors in the character dialogue, but I didn't mind it (In fact I found it funny and almost fitting to the characters.) I loved messing around with the character swap mechanics and figuring out new maneuvers and tricks I could do. For example if you stand one character on top of the other and jump as the top one, switch to the bottom one and jump as him, then when they collide in the air jump with the top one, you can jump extra high. This is a game that I could see myself playing over again maybe with a friend or just solo.

Fox and Bunny is a short little game, about an adorable couple going after the sweet objective of preparing a delicious mushroom soup. Cuteness all around... it's just a shame that not a single thing works properly here. In fact, I'm gonna do a couple of lists:
Questionable design choices

Poor translation and dialogues.

Fox's weird abilities: higher jump and absurd, almost unplayable movement speed.

Bunny's weird abilities: slower movement and lower jump (despite being a rabbit, commonly known for, y'know, JUMPING), and the... "ability" of moving the camera while crouching...

You can't climb slopes up when you have your partner on top of you (it may be a bug, but I'll put it here because, despite being obnoxious, it kind of makes sense for it to be a mechanic).

There's this mechanic of jumping on top of Fox to gain extra height with your jumps (because Bunny is pretty useless), which feels awful.

Basic level design, as to be expected.

Glitches and bugs

Non-functional online coop.

Broken steam layout.

It's hard to explain, but the ladders just don't work.

Really poor collisions, specially with ceilings for whatever reason.

Because of the last one, sometimes the game teleports you when you reach those sweet spots.

Occasionally, invisible HUD.

Do I need to go on? It's just a cash grab that promises to be a fine enough 2D platforming coop game, but doesn't even manage to do that. It also seems to have stolen assets from "FoxyLand", by the way...

As cute as the game's style and animation are, the base game itself is riddled with bugs and glitches that ultimately take away any fun that could be had playing it. I played the game once solo and once co-op, and both times were a mess with slippery controls, horrible enemy hit-boxes, and enemies that, while easy to take out, glitched multiple times, especially after Fox or Bunny had taken a hit already. It's near impossible to jump up narrow ledges that hug walls, or jump near ladders, which is something that is REQUIRED in the game multiple times. If the game was less buggy, incorporated Bunny more as a character and less of someone to just stand around and wait for puzzles to be done, and tightened some of the very slippery controls, this would be a really lovely platformer-puzzle game.

A mess of a game, a short one, although that's not a bad thing, this game is a glitchy mess, where most of the difficulty comes for bad design and buggy gameplay.
The hitboxes make no sense most of the time, and the invincibility frames hinder you and help the enemy, you get locked without being able to attack while the thing that just hit you gets another 1 or two jumps or shots or whatever it might do.
The enemies are recolours of the same 5 or so enemies, again its a short game but some more differences than a change from green to red would have been nice.
The platforming is easy enough... until you encounter some of the easy looking jumps that will take you too many retries to actually perform, again due to the hitboxes for spikes and the like, or in my case phase through the walls and die, although there's always the possibility of dying but... not really? and your co-op partner being left there to contemplate your floating corpse... until they decide to take the easy way out and faceplant into a spike wall.
Another problem with the platforming are the ladders, these tall hellspawn are apparently covered in oil or something, cause they are hard as hell to go up, either you shoot up and then are sent back down, or they take half an age to go up in the first place.
Speaking of those, again, the hitboxes are a mess, so if you are standing on top of a block with spikes on the side be very careful cause you might just die for no reason.
From the two characters you can play I only enjoyed going through as Fox, every time I had to switch to Bunny it was a massive drag as she moves and jumps like she was operating a wheel chair and her 'special ability' if you can call it that is covering her head and looking down. The parts where you have to go two different routes were fun enough at least.
The dialogue is... badly translated into English, I could gather as much as I needed for the story, but I missed a mechanic for a couple levels because it didn't tell me what button to use and I'm a moron like that.
The feature I bought this game for was the Co-op, my friend told me it was cheap and looked cute so I gave it a go, we couldn't get very far as the cutscenes that would open the way forward for me did nothing for him, this however is something the creator has adressed and hopefully i can at least enjoy a playthrough with him.
Buy this game at your own risk, I got it during a sale and even I think that's a ripoff... at least the achivements are easy enough to get... OH IT DOESEN'T EVEN SHOW UP AS A PERFECT GAME WHEN YOU COMPLETE IT.

Fox and Bunny is a collection of half-baked ideas and shouldn't be locked behind a price tag when many games that are free do much more. The mechanics and hit detection are clunky, music overstays its welcome, sound effects can be irritating to listen to, and feels completely unprofessional. There are certainly redeeming qualities such as a good art style, a small sense of progression, and mechanics such as the heart signs which are well thought out. However, these are trampled underneath the dozens of drawbacks. I hope the developer can learn from their mistakes and make better platformers in the future but I would not recommend this to anyone, even on sale.
