It's a decent enough expandalone, but I'm not really sure why they did it this way. It feels like it should probably just be DLC. This feels like a needlessly awkward & confusing way of doing things. If you have purchased both, then you only actually need to have one of the two installed, since you can play all content from either one, using either of the 2 game launchers that you end up with. On the plus side, the female characters do look feminine, there's no forced diversity, & there are no femstodes of Primaris marines. I'd recommend picking it up on sale if you really like warhammers.

This is a solid action RPG and Warhammer game if you don’t mind its minor faults. In the plus column, this game offers an incredible amount of depth for customizing your character and their gear. The action feels good and comes in the correct difficulty curve. There’s plenty of content to sink your teeth into with ample reward. For me personally, I like an ARPG more for the action than the RPG. I want to blow stuff up and look good doing it. This game provides lots of opportunity to blow stuff up, though the presentation is somewhat lacking. The graphics are a little bit dated and some of the pathing is out of whack. However, it is loaded with Warhammer vibes. The voice acting and dialogue is very good with lots of cheeky humor you expect from the setting. I bought Prophecy rather than Martyr because it was cheaper. It’s a good introduction to this game system. The only downside is that you can only use the tech priest inquisitor. They are pretty cool, but if you want variety, you may as well go ahead and pick up the full Martyr game. So long story short, lots of good Warhammer vibes and action. The presentation is a bit lacking though.
