A drug business simulator without many real consequences for your actions.
The game starts off fine, with a short tutorial that explains maybe 20% of what you actually need to know. You begin with Weed, move on to Meth, and eventually end with Cocaine as the final product. The first five hours are quite fun, you set up your operation and build a legal business to sell the products more efficiently. After that, however, it starts to drag. Side missions take forever to appear, and the main missions feel random.
Unfortunately, the game becomes annoying when it comes to management. Everything needs to be micro-managed: from selecting products and schedules to adjusting every detail for each worker. In the end, I had nearly 100 workers, and when one dies, your organization quickly falls apart. There’s no clear overview, so unless you manually count, you never really know who’s doing what.
5/10 - I got the game for 5€, and I wouldn’t pay more than that. Instead of adding planes, they should have focused on improving the management systems and the story, which were the main reasons I bought the game in the first place.
PS: Naming your place Los Pollos Hermanos is a must, obviously :)

Way to many bugs to recommend. Do not buy, even on sale. You build a drug factory and set up deliveries to shell companies, but the delivery system is where all the bugs are. The system surrounding how those deliveries are handled is overly complex, with delivery drivers not unloading themselves requiring workers to deviate fron thier jobs. Ive had trucks glitch by driving in circles forever, not responding to changes in destination. Ive also had the menu tmthat edits the delivery destinations glitch so changes would not register and deliveries would subsequently not run. It goes on.
I had hopes for this game and its small team ( I herd its one person), but this is unplayable.

Overwhelmingly buggy and undercooked in every other way. This game has a lot of complicated systems and that's it, and it will especially start to shudder and break as you stretch it to its limit in the later stages (50+ population of factory workers). It becomes the most frustrating when the vending machines start bugging out and you end up with sick workers vomiting and dying in droves. Definitely not a fun time to have.

It's honestly amazing that this game has as good of reviews as it currently does.
Owned the game for over a year, hoping the game would become something massively improved when I would decide to come back to it.
Currently, I've completed the game purely for its achievements, and I can't recommend this game.
Scheduling menu gets messy as you attempt making complex scheduling systems.
1. Schedules should optionally be separated by each operation.
2. Schedules would could be improved by adding groups, hidden, minimized, searchable, reordering, comparing, etc., to make them easier and more convenient than painfully scrolling through the entire list every time.
You really need to be able to have a convenient way to reduce the amount of scrolling you do here and in the employee tab for assigning them.
Other issues include:
1. Not being able to go to the main menu from the pause menu.
2. You're given just barely enough time for getting boxes to their waypoints. In compare to how long it takes to get the boxes to their locations, 10 minutes for 20 boxes doesn't feel lax enough for you to be able to do them without almost max vehicles and/or the weed already prepared fully prepare and loaded ahead of time.
3. Tutorial is worse than the game's YT Tutorial made 2 Years ago. Even after 3 Attempts I failed to make myself profitable until I watched the YT tutorial.
4. Upgrades not clear what they'll give you before you buy them (Really bad on a first play through). I was really hoping that the construction monument would be decent, stuff is fairly cheap in this game, but even cheaper is even better. 5% Specially as each upgrade is trash, starting at like 15% and making it more expensive I think woulda been better. They Max at 20% and 4 additional working hours btw.
5. Patrol system is there, though I'm constantly struggling to modify them, and they dont show up on the patrol menu so I can't easily delete them as an alternative.
6. In the beginning 4 Employees is possible, but only getting 2 Employees each land upgrade sucks, an upgrade to get 1 more per land upgrade would be nice.
7. The difficulty at which the police raids ramp up each time is ridiculous. First raid was easy, handled it with 2 sword users. The next one with 3 Maxed out kits wiped them like they were nothing.
8. There's plenty of issues with the building system, but the one that bothers me the most is when I can't overlap the empty space zones. I wouldn't care if one of them can't be interacted with while the other is being used. Plus I feel it really limited my ability to compact my designs. The room system is really basic, imo it should be a free building system, where you assign the room to be what you want, allowing you to build walls and separators where you want with each section.
9. Can't build the garages into the factory walls. This seems pretty straight forward, but you can't build connecting walls, you'll have to place a bunch of walls around them and add an opening.
10. It doesn't tell you why a worker can't work when they're looking for work.
11. Can't control guards very well, I haven't found a way to stop them from running outside to their deaths during raids. I've resorted to kill boxes over hiring new gaurds as I'd put 10k of gear into them just for them to die in 2 seconds.
12. Engineers will attempt repairs on traps during a raid. My only solution has been to put them on an off schedule during raids.
13. At some point I Expanded my Factory just for more worker slots and to have the roads, this left the cops to spawn far away from me causing them not to agro me at all?
14. Loading and Unloading the larger vehicles is slow. I've been able to speed up every process except for that. Either having a loading robot, or 2 workers at a time would be preferred. Some kind of way to unload or control the ratio of products (whenever available).
15. THE AOE OF MINES WILL GO THROUGH THE WALL!!! Guess how I found out...
I really think the guard and combat system is under utilized as well. I basically keep my guards on an off schedule unless attacked. Later on firing all my guards and replacing them with a full kill box. I'd like to see more gang violence and aggression from the chickens, with a more in-depth system for it.
Tips if you do decide to play this game.
1. They can't break down walls. Make a kill box using corridors or a room type you're not using in this area (for me was storage as an alt), to make a series of tunnels filled with doors and large mines. The Large Mines shred and do AOE damage, so the doors will group them up and the mines will eat them. So your people don't panic or die, use a room group and a separator room they can't go into, have this connected to the facility.
2. The upgrades are pretty close to the cost of each other. When using points, always go for the automatic options first, this saves a lot of points and effort.
3. You don't need a Donut Shop, You can skip it, go for a laundry mat then chicken restraint. If you can push yourself into high end weed, then use that money to get High End meth, you'll be ballin fairly easily. Even without a max production, Meth is 3x more profitable than Weed.
4. You'll be able to win against the first police raid with some good gear. But after that you'll want a kill box, or other method. Every 4 days he'll want money, so make sure you have enough. I suggest paying the Cop until you're ready for that first fight or the cost gets too high, then after that getting a kill box with mines, the bear traps are really only good for slowing them down. They will shoot down Defensive fences.
5. Upgrade your transport fairly early, this helps a lot. Also when it comes to special orders or hotline deliveries, you can delay pressing the accept button for as far as I know, as long as you want, use this to preload vehicles with the product and unload them all at once, for some of these deliveries it has been the only way I found to be able to do them successfully almost guaranteed.
6. As mentioned before, you can use empty rooms of any type in your factory as an alt or room separator.
7. Don't forget about your traps. Give engineers/guards red boots from the university, and works red boots until they get into your base.
Overall its a great concept with an amazing art style, good music, but it lacks a lot of fine tuning, balancing, bug fixing, and content (outside core). This game is really cool if you get through it without any bugs, for about 2 hrs, after that its fairly repetitive micromanagement, by the end of it i was just waiting for the special order guys to request me. Plus I've been having several issues that have forced me to fully restart my game. I think the game should've stayed in early access, it doesn't feel like a complete game yet.
