I download this game, I enter on a server, I play with some 40 years old people with 30 hz and 0 reflexes, I top frag, I get banned for hack. Incredible <3

It should definitely be recognised for its contributions, not only as a game, but what this franchise has become. But [u]I would only recommend this game just for nostalgia reasons[/u] or you just want to know what the games about.

Its the best game ever created. I grew up mostly playing in 16v16 pubs as a kid, it was more fun to shoot more people.. The idea that you can surf through an endless list of custom servers and custom game modes was insanely unfathomable.. The aim maps, the scout and knifes maps, the awp maps, the zombie game modes, the deathrun game modes, the auto bunny hopping servers, the KZ maps, the map voting, the endless hours in de_dust 1 and 2.. These were all things available a long time ago. The endless hours of learning, engaging and exploring. The feeling is unparalleled. Obviously the amount of servers you can join arent the same anymore, but neither are they in CS2.. The server lists are less populated and less community driven..

even tho its an old game its fun there is even a way to get skins fot your guns and knifes really worth it

[spoiler] Long past it's prime obviously, but still one of a kind in terms of community servers and movement. A gem that sadly and naturally fades into abyss filled with paid privileges and botted aforementioned servers. Even the most pure forms of donate make an immesurable difference between players, which is fine by me, but what's not is the dullnes of such gameplay. [/spoiler] In conclusion it might be fun and lightweight to try, but exepect high entry threshold and community mostly filled with small, closed friend groups who play this as a habit from their past lifes. It might not even be worth to try this legendary game in modern age, as it slowly transits into history, wasting your time. [spoiler] But if you decided to go for it, remeber don't join 64 player servers(malware). Find ips on server tracker sites. [/spoiler]

realistic form of shooting, too bad the type of guns never change. I also like the graphics of this game.

Absolutely amazing this game is so fun to play and is a great alternative for Call of Duty if you're tired of bad gameplay and ridiculous overpriced unserious skins then this is what you're looking for, Valve you really know how to get the job done of making great video games.

Definitely worth buying this game, used to play on non steam now I realized it's value that what this game was hiding from us.
