I hope that we would be able to order ai platoons to do stuff because always sticking to plans makes the game lame we should be able to make our own plans instead

first things first; the game is a pretty good simulation, has some really good atmosphere and tank-to-tank combat mechanics, with most vehicles having unique abilities and drawbacks compared to each other
however it NEEDS significant improvements and changes, such as collision mechanics, crushing down trees when you shoot or drive through them and most importantly, a proper Ai
Ai is utterly shit, i got flanked a dozen of times trying to save a crashed vehicle while i was controlling another, not to mention the issues with laser rangefinders, you can lase a target directly and your shell can still fall short or go over the enemy vehicle even in ranges like less than a kilometer
