I'm going to talk about the game, but first I want to make a suggestion. I like the type of application that calmly flies over the place, through a path pre-defined by the developer, without the need for me to use a controller for it, so I can relax my arms and mind to appreciate the art, just turning my head, that's great. As an example I can give the "ANIMA" demoscene from the same developer. But "Water Planet" doesn't have that option yet, but I'm suggesting to include it in a next update, it's something easy to implement with little effort. The game has a good atmosphere and good music to do this.
Regarding the game itself, as it is, I would rate it 5/10, it lacks something that motivates you to play longer. I wasn't sure whether to recommend it or not. But I decided to recommend the game, already hoping that the developer will include the option of passive observational flyby, as described in the beginning.
