First of all, I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. To be quite honest, this game caught my attention much more than the Resident Evil 4 remake itself. It's undeniable that the game has visible influences from Silent Hill and Resident Evil, however, the game never had the premise of being a copy of the classic games. In terms of plot, in truth, it's more like the movie Hereditary than Silent Hill itself. As for the bugs, yes, at times they can be quite annoying and even make a battle difficult (like the one with the werewolf), but nothing that prevents the player from completing the campaign. Furthermore, let's not forget that we're not talking about a super studio like Konami and Capcom, but an indie producer and, taking these circumstances into account, yes, the game was made with care. And for those who complained about the protagonist only using a single weapon in the game, a police document explains this: the weapon was made with precious stones and metals with mystical powers, which is why it was the only "artifact" capable of killing the creatures created by the darkness, while also increasing the aura of darkness emanating from Daniel (without him knowing). The weapon, within the context of the game, is more like a "scepter" or a modern "staff", so it makes perfect sense that it is constantly present in the game. But the developers compensated for this by increasing the shooting speed in each area the player passes through, like in RPGs. I really wish the game had a sequel, since the ending was left open.
