This game is for me really difficult to describe shortly. Only game a little similar to this one I played lately was Disco Elysium, but there's little to compare even in this case. My character is homosexual girl, I thought it would be fun from interactions side, but in this I'm a little unsatisfied. Actually most emotional in this game is very expressional art, NPC that are important have very manga-like nicely drawn avatars, in many cases I would even use "ecchi" to describe them. Gameplay in itself might be liked, might be not, its not very complicated. You need to eat, you need to change your clothes, go to bathroom, write a book from time to time. Writing a book gives me a feeling of a simple, but successful way to study, how game events affect players creativity - you need to name every next chapter on your own (sth around 40 letters length possible). Its really interesting actually, you have to think up around 20-40 chapter titles, and in the meantime there goes story in background, so lets say you begin with "horrible discovery" and final chapter can be "alien Fu$$ porn". Of course gathering achievements and finding some rare items is fun, but whole gameplay is builded with characters, that accompany you, so first choices describe whole game. Of course you can play again, but it won't be the same experience as first time. And in general there're some fun themes, that I haven't seen in other games. Here you can find a mix of: Aliens, Beggars, Detectives, Philosophers, Fame, Traffic accidents, Stalkers, Journalists, Writers (of course), and in all that you can create your own story. There's also some "World Fate" stat, that is changing with your choices, but I haven't finished yet (pretty interesting). So very artistic game, or perhaps game for people who like totally different flavours than most, nothing difficult, might be refreshing.
