Recenzje Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard from Vampire Survivors

I have very mixed feelings about this game, so treat my review as sort of a middle ground between like and dislike. To start with positives, I think(contrary to some) that the intentionally pixelated artstyle and "bad" graphics work preety well with how the game plays and are overall just nice to look at. Secondary - The main innovation of this this game, which is the combo system, is really fun to innitiate. I'm a sucker for "numbers going up - the game" games which VC undoubtfully is and it executes that aspect really well. For the first few hours it had me glued, which I think is why this game has such glowing reviews. People were mesmerized by a fairly captivating beggining hours, wrote a positive review and never touched the game again, let alone finished it. Sufice to say that I liked it too until the end of the game where I saw the bigger picture. For negatives though, unlike many other card games, theres preety much no replay value here. Nothing encouraging you to do the next run since the gameplay loop just isn't that interesting. This game is also suprisingly short. You can platinum it and exhaust all the content in 20-25 hours, like I did. There arent really any tactics here, which is really weird for a deck builder. For the most part you'll most likely be picking whatever card you can choose with no room for critical thinking becouse this game doesnt have it nor does it require it. The game is absurdely trivial and there are no iplemented "challenge modes" or anything like that, which is really lame and is just an another factor that repulses me from coming back to this game 5/10
