I played a bit and my personal rating would be 5/10. I like the pixel graphics and humor in the game. Unfortunately, when I bought the game I was expecting a simple massacre where all I had to do was kill and destroy. I reached a level where I had to destroy a military helicopter and I couldn't do it. It was a frustrating level and frustration is not something I enjoy.
This is not a bug, it is a mechanic that was probably explained in the game, but if in such a simple game I had to go online to find out the solution to the problem, that is the moment when I uninstall the game.
The music is good, I didn't find any bugs, the last blocks of buildings that you have to destroy to have a city at 100% are a bit annoying. It is a bit annoying that the lizard moves forward after each hit, so you have to go back a few times and hit the square again. I really like the unrealistic mechanics that you can destroy an entire building with one car, that's a big plus, I don't understand why you can't throw helicopters like that.
