Ascent - The Space Game: Silicon Filter DLC

This DLC provides a Class One Silicon Filter module for mining. This filters out silicon from asteroid mining results (regardless of mining beam class) giving higher yields of other minerals. As such it would only be of interest to established players, and has been added by request.
