A really big and full world

Alright ive finished the game and i dont really know what to think about it, it has some good moments but, unfortunately, everything that i originally wrote still stands, only thing that was wrong about was how much i had left as i had only around 10 more hours. I really really feel sad about not liking it and cant help but feel that with foreshadowing this game wouldve been so so much better, it really saddens me that i dont like it as much as others do because, while the plot itself is kinda basic, the characters are likeable and it really shows that this was a project made from pure passion but i just cant ignore every time the developer pulled something out of a hat: this happened way too many times for it to not hinder my enjoyment. After having finished it i do get why people like it, i still wouldnt consider it a masterpiece nor say that its similar to nier or black souls. It truly saddens me that i wrote the original review with such anger and all im left with now is just sadness and a bitter taste in my mouth due to the things ive written above. P.S.: if someone wants to point out to me any signs of foreshadowing i encourage you to do so, i really want to like this game. Original review here: Yall have to step up your baseline for a good story, like really. Want to know how the story of this game is like? Picture disney: the villains are irredeemably evil and only act as such, the main cast is good, add some R18 content and youve got demon roots. Its also unnecessarily slow, im almost 30hrs in and virtually nothing happened, just the same sequence of events for each region, the plot twists ive encountered are, like the main cast, useless as they get undone in less than 1hr of gameplay and everythings back to baseline. To top it all of the main plot is one of coexistence which has been done ad nauseam. I may continue and eventually finish it one day but as of now im incredibly disappointed and have 0 will to continue it as its a long game and a quick search revealed that i seem to be approximately halfway through. Oh yea, its also long for the sake of being long, at least imo. Wouldnt recommend. (I made this edit before finishing the game) Edit: after having played both blacksouls games as i originally got told this was the closest thing, its far from being similar to either game.
