The best collection so far in my opinion. Some games are just pure gems.
Galerie
You are enjoying a tour at the local galerie/museum and it get increasingly insane. Felt like a strong shroom trip. In the line of some other adventure horror game but this one is very special and fun to experience. Lots of good ideas.
Hunsvotti
Find some flowers at your hometown traditionnal folk fest. Can be a little confusing at the begining but the twist is very fun. Pretty short and straightforward.
Interim
Very interesting and very experimental. Reminds me of LSD Simulator and Rose of Meat (from the last collection) in its weirdness. Creepy in all the good ways.
Beyond The Curtain
A little bit too much of a "walking simulator" to my taste, but the variety of environments and situations make this game very pleasant to experience. Very nice graphics and Artistic Direction.
Ludomalica
First off, "hide & seek games" are not my thing. But this game adds a nice little twist on it and I enjoyed it a lot.
Resver
Very abstract. Didn't understand much of what I was seeing or what was happening. I like games like these but the art style made it difficult for me to immerse into. So at the end I didn't really know if I was amazed or confused. Reminds me of Rose of Meat but everything is in black and white.
Vestige
Hard to describe as it mixes a bunch of gameplay mechanics but still manage to become a cohesive and very interesting experience. I liked the story and how it was told (even if it's pretty sad).
We Never Left
This game is a mix between an adventure game and a text adventure game. I actually never played text based games but I mostly know how they work and I managed to finish the game without help. The game is actually very well built, the different elements make a very coherent and cohesive experience. Arguably my favorite of this collection.
Karao
Some kind of mix between the very good "The House of the Unrest" (From DreadX Collection 4 The Hunt) and Concluse (a PS1 Like horror game/web series you can find on steam), which I both love. Actually quite hard and could need a little bit of polish on the gameplay mecanics, but a great eerie and uneasy experience as a whole. Totally my thing.
Rotten Sigma
It's pretty clear it's heavily inspired by Silent Hill games, but it's closer to a prototype/prologue than an full game (we barely scratch the story/lore/universe possibilities). What I mean by that is that it has the potential to become a much larger game, and I would gladly pay for it.
Spirit Guardian
Nice artstyle, remind me of XIII. This little adventure game takes a little bit of known adventure horror game mecanics and blend it into a nice little experience. A little bit too easy in my taste.
The Book of Blood
Very nice, very polished. It took me a bit to truly understand how the book worked but once I understood, the game got straightforward. Reminds me of "Charlotte’s Exile" from the second collection (which I love) but adds more gameplay mecanics to make the experience more varied. Very good.
